This beautiful new villa (end 2018) of 300 m2 fully equipped and air-conditioned, it is located in a park of 6000 m2 closed and trees located 15 minutes drive from the square Jemaa El Fna center of Marrakech. It has 5 bedrooms with king size bed, 5 private bathrooms and dressing room and a large infinity pool (16x6m). You will enjoy the quiet park, outdoor terraces and convivial moments during pétanque tournaments. The house staff ensures the cleanliness of the place and will make a varied breakfast throughout your stay.

The city center of Marrakech with its Jemaa el-Fna Square and its many souks are only about fifteen minutes by car.
Golfers will have the choice with the various Golfs of Marrakech as the Royal Golf, Golf Amelkis, Golf Al Maaden located 10min by car.
