We spent 3 nights at the Enchante and it was perfect. A couple of hundred meters from the souk, yet peaceful and quiet. A little oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of town. A delicious breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace making a perfect start to the day. The owners were really helpful organising a trip to a local spa and were always on hand with helpful tips. I'd highly recommend this Riad.

Great location, friendly staff
Hussein and Khalid were excellent hosts. They were very personalized and very pleasing. The riad had a great location, but know that it is in the medina where no cars can go. I highly recommend to arrange a hotel transfer from airport to hotel thru Riad Elchante so that there will be a coordinated arrangement for the car and bag porter that will walk you into the maze in the medina. Do this especially if you are arriving at night. Once in the medina, it is a great and safe experience. Great breakfast and roof top too. I would recommend this.

We had a great time at Riad Enchante. My husband and I celebrated our birthdays by staying five nights at the riad. The house manager, Hussein (spelling may not be correct), consistently met our needs. They even arranged a special birthday dinner for us on the rooftop.

This was our first time in visiting Morroco Me and my husband stayed in the Raid 9 days in July 2024 Absolutely we loved everything about the accommodation The location is close to the all the sightseeing, quite place The breakfast was amazing they even made sure we had breakfast our last day although we were leaving early morning 6 am. Thank you The staff at the Riad were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Arranging the tours , giving us advice and information on what to do and idea where to visit clean rooms & great facilities. We were well looked after by our super and friendly staff. Very very friendly and most helpful! Khalid very kindly took us on a tour to the Atlas Mountains in his own time! He looked after us so well! Both Khalid and Hussein, who are front of house, were always willing to assist and guide us. The food was really lovely - breakfast each morning a special treat! We had an evening meal the night we arrived (very late!) and it was by far the tastiest Moroccan meal! We arranged for airport transfers through Hussein via email beforehand, and these were arranged for us. It would be difficult without their assistance to find the Riads in general. We had a superb time and would highly recommend Riad Enchanté. Thank you for a fabulous stay and super memories!

This Riad is conveniently situated within the medina, close to all the souks. Our room was lovely and cleaned daily; gorgeous roof terrace with views of the mountains. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. The breakfast provided is fantastic. I’d also recommend the evening meal which was beautifully presented and one of the best during our stay. They sort out all the travel to and from the airport and also any trips you have planned. Thoroughly recommended, we’ll be back!

Wonderful place, amazing location and tucked away just enough to feel safe and quiet. 2 minutes walk from being in the middle of it all. The rooms were beautiful, luxurious- photos don’t do it justice. The star of the show was Hussein, incredible service, true 5* concierge and made the trip one to remember. I have travelled to many top hotels and villas around the world and Hussein’s served was memorable and world leading!

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Enchanté. The hosts Hussein and Khaled were impeccable individuals. They were extremely attentive, offering fantastic advice, and were a key part to our wonderful stay in Marrakesh. The Riad itself was very clean and the Decor really embraced the Moroccan culture. The Riad is located in a perfect location which is close to the key markets but away from the noise. The Riad is also conveniently a 7 minute walk from the pick up point for excursions such as balloon rides and camel riding. We were offered fresh moroccan styled breakfast each morning, which was delicious. I would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone looking for a trip to embrace Marrakesh. You will be well looked after.

Thanks to all the staff at the Riad Enchante, they are so helpful and friendly, the Riad is perfectly placed for exploring Marrakesh and it's proximity to the secret garden makes it hard to get lost. We had a wonderful time and would gladly recommend this Riad

Great traditional Riad experience
We had a wonderful stay but it didn't start well. We didn't understand that Riads typically have few if any outside windows - wealthy people in the old days valued their privacy and also wanted peace and quiet. So the rooms are dark if they don't have a window onto the courtyard, which only 2 here do. Our initial room didn't. Our assumption was that we had been assigned the poorest room. However, the Manager was excellent and explained the history of Riads and then offered to move us to a room with a window. Even then, it was a window to the courtyard area and wasn't private but we appreciated his kind offer. Then we came to appreciate how beautiful the rooms are, with period decorations and top quality bathroom fittings. Also, the rooftop is a lovely area for breakfast or relaxing. It is a wonderful Riad experience once you understand the history of the Riad. Although it is conveniently located within the Medina it is remarkably quiet (and the Medina can be a busy place). Be aware that a taxi can only get to within a 10 - 15 minute walk of the Medina. After that it is a labyrinthine walk through narrow lanes. The manager arranged for our transfer to the Railway Station at a price that compared with other prices we found (150 Dirhams). That included a trolley for luggage and I would strongly recommend using that facility. We recommend this Riad partly because it is a lovely example of a Riad but also because the manager did everything he could to make our stay great.

This is a beautiful riad. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more but we arrived after Morocco closed its borders due to COVID19. Luckiky, the riad manager stayed at the property in case we, the only guests, arrived, which we did after an exhausting day at the airport. We were treated with great warmth and kindness, offered food and breakfast the next morning at a very early hour to accommodate us getting back to the airport where we successfully secured a rescue flight. We will never forget this kindness in our hour of need. Highly recommend this property.
