Ok

Would of been better if there was wifi in the apartment. Office was to far to go with the kids. Plus they did t come everyday to clean only once while we were there. Swimming pool was bit dirty had bugs kids were scared

Fantastic getaway

This hotel was perfect,never let bad reviews put u off because it put me off. Very very clean, only problem is you have to catch taxi to city centre which is 25minutes away works out very expensive. Golf palace were there is restaurants but that's too expensive. Overall loved will defo go again

Fun relaxing

Food not all that, staff very good friendly. Pool too cold could have an ice cream stall near pool side. Dinner menu could change. Wifi needs to be in more places.

Peace and quiet away from the bustle of Jemaa El Fna

The hotel itself is a 10-15min taxi ride from the main square however do nto let this put you off as it was easy to get to and from central Marrakech. Other reviews on the internet mention the local area as being 'poor', 'dirty' and 'unsafe'. Well some areas of London could also be described in this way. You get what you pay for and yes I would say this is a very good Moroccan hotel. There are ample pools to choose from. On some days we had them to ourselves. The restaurant by the main pool was open with reasonably priced snacks, though drinks were a little pricey. The supermarket was a very short drive away. Reception staff were very happy to take us in the minibus and wait 10 mins and bring us back. Here lager was cheap, so we stocked up and took our own to the pool on a couple of days - the days when we went to the closer pool with no restaurant open. The appartment was spacious enough for the 6 of us, with a small kitchen, lounge area and terrace. It was traditional Moroccan style and perfectly comfortable for our stay. Towels and bedding were changed mid-stay. Apparently they change them once for 4 day plus stays. One minor grumble was being faced with a tourist tax as we went to check out, but at £8 or so each it was really not a major issue. It would have just been nice to know about this before then! All in all I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fantastic Palmeraie

From the time the hotel shuttle bus met us at the airport to the time 5 days later when it took us back we had a glorious time. We are a family of four, the staff at this resort were very good and could not want to please you more, especially if you tried to speak a little french along the way. The amenities at the hotel and resort were great, we had numerous choices of swimming pools to choose from, tennis courts, aqua aerobics, table tennis, basketball, golf the list goes on. The accomodation was brilliant we had a 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment near to the pool, consisting of a kitchen, lounge, two wc's and a fully fitted bathroom, 3 terraces, one for eating out on plus air conditioning. The price was very reasonable and we would go again.

So was buche ich nicht nochmal

Vom Flughafen aus muss man 2 buse nehmen um zum hotel zu gelangen. Wir waren um 11uhr im Hotel angekommen und sie sagten in 1stunde könnten wier in unserem zimmer am ende wurde es 15uhr in unseren Apartment, es war noch eine unordnung es hat gestunken über all waren kakalaken und andere fiecher. Nach dem wir gesagt haben wir warten nicht noch mal haben sie uns ein anderes apartment gegeben. Für das sie jeden tag putzen kommen musst man 200DHM zahlen und an sonsten alle 4Tage. Wir habe ihnen 2 mal gemeldet das sie putzen müssen sie haben nur den schlaf zimmer gputz und wc war nie richtig geputzt.die letze woche kam niemand wo geputz hat und ich habe mich schonn genug generft und wollte nicht meh diskutieren. Wie musst sogar selber die bett wäsche raus nehmen da wir nicht wusten ob das die putz frauen auch machen würden. Ich bin sehr enteuscht von diesem Hotel und würd es nimanden weiter empfelen. Von den weiteren angeboten wo in der beschreibung ist konnte ich nichts sehen. Für kinder hattes auch keine spiel möglichkeiten nur der Pool. WELAN NUR IM RESTORANT UND RESEPZION.

JOLIES CHAMBRES MAIS SERVICE APPROXIMATIF

les chambres sont tres confortables, c est indeniable, et nettoyees chaque jour. Le personnel est plein de bonne volonte, mais peu formé malheureusement, et le service est souvent approximatif. Mais le gros probleme de cet hotel reste la restauration, si le petit dejeuner est convenable, le snack de la piscine n est ouvert que si il fait beau, et la carte est tres restreinte, et le soir, le buffet qui coute 300 dirhams est hors de prix pour ce que c est !! si on a une petite faim dans la journée, il n y a absolument rien pour se restaurer....ilo y a un gros manue a ce niveau, et les prix de ce qui eest proposé sont démesurés. Pour cela, je ne retournerai pazs dans cet hotel.

la piscine non chauffée Pour dîner aller au palmeraie golf palace au Leroy s cafe pur mieux le resto du club house très bonne cuisine marocaine.

Prête à retourner

Seul petit Bémol, le linge n'a pas été changée tous les 4 jours comme convenu. et un peu loin des soucs.Autrement, c'était parfait!!!
