superb villa of 350 m² + 200 m² of terraces overlooking the Atlas Mountains, just 17 km from the center of Marrakesh, 10 minutes from 3 golf courses (the Royal et al Madeen amelkis). It is built on a plot of 4000 m² very well equipped, it has a 15 x 6 swimming pool equipped with a heat pump. A caidal tent will allow you to relax and get together around a good mint tea. In the residence, which consists of 10 villas, is at your disposal a driving range as well as a clay tennis court. For you to enjoy stress free holiday with family or friends, a maid and cook is available from 9 am to 17 pm, six days out of 7 (The groceries are at your expense). You can rent a car to make your displacements or use Fadel which has a minibus 8 people, with whom we usually work, which can make you discover beautiful places around Marrakech. (Prices for excursions are to see him directly).
