Experience incroyablement décevante. Très mauvais!
Riad HORRIBLE - totalement différent des photos. Les oreillers étaient sales, couverts de saleté et de sueur (regardez les photos ci-jointes). Les carreaux de la salle de bain sont couverts de saleté et de moisissure. La salle de bain sentait les toilettes. L'hôte est agréable, mais la propriété ne vaut pas 50€ - j'avais plus de confort pour 10€ plus près de Djemma el-Fna. L'emplacement n'est pas mal mais le reste de l'expérience est horrible. Évitez cette maison d'hôtes - rien de ce qu'ils suggèrent n'est vrai.

Not what was booked
Booked and paid for 2 double rooms months back. A few days before booked airport pick up, which went well. Arrived at the place. It felt like we wasn’t expected, even though they organised the taxi…I had to remind them we booked 2 double rooms but instead we were given 2 very small single rooms at the top of the place. I complained but was told there were no other rooms available. Do not stay here if you have mobility problems as there are many stairs and the ones to the top rooms are not safe. The shower head was cracked so water was going everywhere in the bathroom and into the small bedroom down a large tiled step. On the first morning, I slipped on the floor landing on my ribs across the step..I am still in pain from this a week later. I complained again and once more told there are no other rooms available. As I was not given what I had paid for I would advise against booking this accommodation! This is advertised as 3 star but I would rate it as 1 maximum. Marrakech was great although I was in pain due to the fall so this stopped me partaking in some of the activities I planned. I have travelled extensively and always give true reviews as as I rely on them when choosing where to stay. I don’t understand how this had a 9.6 rating as this was completely at odds with my experience! This is the worst place I have stayed! I would advise against staying here!

Janat Salam is an excellent hotel. The staff is excellent and took care of myself and my family. The staff especially Younes, Yusuf and Fatima are all excellent and good at their jobs. The hotel is walking distance to the main square(Jema Al fna) and all the shopping can be done very close so is conveniently located . The hotel has air Conditioning in each room which was important to me. All in all I had a great experience of this hotel and next time I came back will definitely come back to Janat Salam.

A nice, budget hotel only 2 minutes walk from the medina entrance. Rooms are basic but very clean and the staff is helpful and very friendly. There is a veranda with common outdoor seating on both levels of this hotel.

It’s a very nice place, the decoration style is very good. The location is easy to go to the El Badii Palace and Bahia Palace, and the Jemaa el-Fna is also in a walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I think is valuable to stay here.

La habitación sucia, no tenía grifo en la ducha, lo tuvieron q arreglar pero después de dos días allí sin ducharnos, teníamos q pedir toallas y algún día no la tenían, la habitación fría y tuvimos q reclamar una manta, nos la dieron sucia, llegamos y no nos esperaban estuve en la puerta 1/2 hora hasta q la prepararan, no había botellines de agua, el secador de pelo roto y el aire acondicionado estaba roto, las alfombras muy sucias no se podía apoyar los pies Solicito devolución de parte del dinero, ya q no fue lo tratado, nos tuvimos q ir unos días al desierto para poder respirar un poco de tanto mal olor q tenia la habitación Espero una respuesta, gracias.

Et skuffende sted, slapp heldigvis å overnatte
Et lite hyggelig sted. Trang, bratt trapp, ingen fungerende resepsjon, måtte lete etter en person som ikke snakket engelsk eller fransk, men som ringte til en som kunne det. WC som ikke kunne trekkes ned, mye støy. Men da vi klaget, fikk vi utmerket service: Ble flyttet til et aldeles nydelig sted, og bestillingen til stedet ble kansellert.
