Great location at Turunc Beach. Just right there in the middle of everything including other hotels, restaurants and shops. Hotel have very good amenities and staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Hope that I can go back to Turunc and potentially stay here, since this was the best spot I visited in my recent trip to Turkey and Greece.

5 stars for customer service. I had to cancel my reservation at the very last minute and the staff was understanding of my situation. They didn't even charge me. I really hope I'm able to make it back Turunç in the future and have a proper stay at Diplomat Hotel.

Konakladığımız odamız yenilenmiş ve tertemizdi. Otelin hem havuzundan hem plajından ücretsiz yararlandık. Çok keyifli bir tatil yaptık. Apart’ın karşısında emniyetli bir otopark mevcuttu. Otel’e gelen müşteri portföyü de rahatsız edici değildi. Her şey için otel yönetici ve çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz.

Artılar: - Otelde yeterli kadar çalışan var. Bu da çalışanların iş yükünü arttırmadan iyi hizmet vermelerini sağlıyor. - Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. - Otelin konumu çok iyi, kendine ait plajı var ve burada da hizmet yeterli. - Otelin dışarı da hizmet veren restoranı var. Fiyatlar ucuz diyemiyorum, çünkü artık her şey pahalı. Ama tatil beldesine göre uygun ve mutfağı gayet iyi. - Kokteylleri gayet başarılı. Kokteyllerden "Moda" favorim. - Benzer otellerle karşılaştırınca kahvaltısı çok çok iyi. Öyle paket ürünler yok. Ekmeğine, böreğine kadar kendileri yapıyor. - İlk gün odamızdaki klimada arıza vardı, haber verdik ve çabucak ilgilendiler sorun çözüldü. - Otelin 60lar sonu mimarisi pek hoş. Eksileri: - Odalarda geçici kullanımlık terlik, duş jeli vs. bulunmuyor. Bizim odamızda sadece 3 adet küçük sabun vardı. Gelirken aklınızda bulunsun. - Odaya günlük su bırakılmıyor, dışardan almanız gerek. - Resepsiyon ve oda temizlik görevlileri arasında sanırım bir irtibatsızlık var. İki sefer biz içerideyken kapımız açıldı:) Üstelik birinde kapıda "Rahatsız etmeyin" yazıyordu. Tabi ki yanlışlık olmuştur, ama daha dikkatli olmakta fayda var. - Plaja sabah erken saatlerde havlunuzu bırakmazsanız öğlen saatlerinde yer bulamıyorsunuz. İki üç sefer yer bulamadık, en sonunda mecburen biz de erkenden havlumuzu bıraktık. Şu şezlonga havlu atma olayına genel olarak bir çözüm bulunması gerek. Kısacası genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederim.

Güzel manzara
Denizin kenarında olan bu otelin çok güzel manzaralı otel odaları ve apart seçimleri var ve denize nazır şahane manzaralı keyifli otel balkonları beni mutlu etti! Önünden araç geçmediği için trafikten uzak, dalga sesleri ile uyanıp, uyuyorsunuz. Turunç’un şahane güneş doğuşlarını odanızdan seyretmek ayrı bir keyif (resimlerime mutlaka göz atın). Otelin hemen önünde kendine ait plajı var ve denize giriş çıkışlar çok pratik ve hoş. Plaja yapılan yemek servisi de ayrıca konforlu idi. Otel sahibi Aydın Bey genç, dinamik, doğa sever, vizyonu taze ve misafirperver, çok memnun kaldım, tüm otel elemanları tek tek seçilmiş ve güler yüzlü, ellerinden geldiğince konaklamamın keyifli geçmesi için ekstra ilgilendiler, tek kelime ile harika müşteri hizmetleri ve misafirperverlik. Otelin sabah Kayra yolunda güzel doğa yürüyüşü düzenlemesi de ayrı bir güzel ayrıntı idi ( Efe ve Dogo ile müthiş keyifli tavsiye ederim) İşinden çok zevk alan yemek şefi ve restoranı da başarılı olan bu güzel manzaralı otel/apartı seyahat severlere öneriyorum, evinizde hissedeceksiniz!! Özenle hazırlanan yemeklerini ve kokteyllerini de mutlaka tadımlayın.

I had a lovely stay at the diplomat, views from my balcony were stunning, beach front, lovely relaxing breakfast, very quiet staff so helpful, cleaning could probably do with looking into but plenty of antibac everywhere.
View at breakfast could sit for ages simply drinking tea

All I needed for a great mini-vacation.
Such a great location on the beach, although the swimming pool is not located at this same site. Arriving at the end of the high season, I was upgraded to a room with balcony and an awesome view of the bay. The room was newly renovated, clean, comfortable, and tidy. Staff were all friendly and helpful, but were few in number so not always around when needed.
