Only stayed for one night, let down by the room and staff. I paid extra for a balcony room (of which there were many overlooking the water) but instead got a ground floor room with french doors leading out to just a chair and a fairly grotty view of nothing in particular. Pointed out to the staff on the desk that this wasn't what i paid for but she didn't appear to care or see the problem. Clearly their definition of balcony is very loose so beware. This didn't even amount to a patio. Room itself was adequate, if a little cramped with a toilet squeezed into a tiny space.

New hotel -very nice!
It's a brand new hotel, and very nice. Staff were great, though they were still working out their systems, which was fair enough. We also ate at the restaurant, and breakfast was good too. There were plenty of car charging points.

Brand new hotel but malfunctioning air conditioner
A brand new hotel, nothing else too special. Asked for an upper and quiet room but ended up with a ground floor room with a malfunctioning so noisy air conditioner. The hotel is out of nowhere but you have to pay 6 € for 2 people as a resort fees.

Mooie locatie om de omgeving te verkennen. Wij hebben elektrische fietsen gehuurd en zijn nee Giethoorn gereden. Erg leuk. Fletcher Marknesse is een mooi hotel, prima ontbijtbuffet en vriendelijk personeel. Voor herhaling vatbaar

Die offene Dusche hatte ein ständig tropfendes Roh
Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel. Das Zimmer war extrem klein und die offene Dusche hatte ein ständig tropfendes Rohr, das den Schlaf erheblich störte. Der Balkon bot den Blick auf einen künstlichen Teich, dessen Wasser verschmutzt war und viele Insekten anzog. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr begrenzt und die Dame im Frühstücksraum war sehr unhöflich. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt alles andere als angenehm.
