I didn't stay the whole night because I had a family emergency but it was weird and the elevator was making noises and my room door would not shut I had to put my key card in it to shut it and they had a vending machine but it was out was oder because they had vending machine stuff behind the check in

Our toilet was clogged upon arrival - the front desk associate handed us a used plunger to fix the problem. It didn’t work and they did not service the restroom while we were there so we were unable to use the restroom in our room. Very unprofessional. Lack of supplies in room

This property was the worst i have ever stayed at. Not only was it not cleaned at all, had no smoke detector, had a smell to the room but also unfisnished work on walls and ceilings. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was dirty. The microwave did not work. The side door to the hotel did not have a lock. There were many people who appeared to be living in this hotel. And many broke down vehicles in the lot.

I recently stayed at the BlissPointe Inn, and it was a disappointing experience. As you enter the doors downstairs there is a moldy smell. The rooms were outdated and had a musty odor. We actually changed rooms 3 times, because of mold and cigarette smoke. The bed was uncomfortable.The bathroom had mold and stains on the walls. I tried to use Lysol Spray and Clorox wipes as much as I could. The staff seemed indifferent towards the state of the property. The towels were dingy and the staff always had an excuse as to why we could never get wash cloths. Unfortunately we were unable to find a room elsewhere because this was a busy season. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I actually believe that the local health department should do an inspection because they may have several violations. The property has great potential, unfortunately it seems that the owners are not able to keep up with the demand.

We arrived and the towels were still dirty in the room. Walls were dirty, mirrors were not clean and there was hair on the floor of the bathroom. It also had a terrible smell. Then last night police were outside due to some domestic issue. Do not stay here. Not worth it!!!

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in. First assigned rooms hinges on door were broken, wouldnt lock and killed 3 huge spiders before calling management. They changed our room. Remote to tv didn't work, sink faucet had no water pressure, tub ess dirty, no coffee pot, no ice macine, doors on dresser fell off after opening them. Pool was out of order, breakfast consisted of cold cereal and bananas

I wish I could attach pictures to this review. We booked this hotel so the family could swim. Of course the pool had been down for quite some time with the city needing to come in to sign off on the condition before it opens. The room itself had brown stains on the headboard, the baseboard in the bathroom was rotted through and the keycard door didn’t latch properly. We felt unsafe and when we tried to switch rooms-we were told they were completely booked. 0/10

I was disappointed about pool being down but it happens.so we did something else to pass the time but when i went to bed to fina baby coakroach in my bed between the sheets crawling unexceptable i take the picture and the baby roach to front desk and the gentleman acts like what do you want me to do about it i asked for different room he says there fully booked but yet went down to smoke a cigarette and come in and a couple walk in no reservation and ask if they can get a room for the night im beyound livid and took all my belongings back to my car to insure i dont carry coakroaches home with me down right disgusted
