The property will be renovating from 7 November 2024 to 30 April 2025 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:
Renovation work will only be conducted during working hours on weekdays. Every effort will be made to minimise noise and disturbance.

Free breakfast is served daily. Public spaces have free WiFi. Event space at this hotel measures 2260 square feet (210 square metres) and includes conference space. A terrace, gift shops/newsstands, and a garden are also featured at the eco-certified Hotell Arkipelag. A complete renovation of Hotell Arkipelag was completed in May 2023. This 4-star Mariehamn hotel is smoke free.
