This Hotel needs badly refurbishing. Overall this hotel is from the 70s¨untouched. Great size of the rooms with high celings, but is not well maintained, rust on the balcony railings, and exterier walls falling a part. Food as buffet was OK but generally two options for dinner either chicken leg and not that tasty chunks of beef and rest 6 other side dishes... Never seen anywhere that small TV at 4star hotel, and we have been upgraded to appartment, nice huge room but it felt like beein in hospital room, a bit depressing actually, not even one picture anywhere.

Wonderful hotel with excellent breakfast
Nice hotel with beautiful lobby. I only stayed for one night, so didn't get to experience the amenities or spa. Fantastic breakfast as well - one of the best I've had in this price range.

The hotel quite old but we can understand the ambiance of the 19th century and the beauty of the environement; Very good location

Beautiful architecture, wonderful breakfast and attentive personnel in restaurant. Hotel a bit worn and staff not customer centric. Spa was closed and asked for help in getting into another spa and told no. Would not make phone calls or facilitate in any way. Loved the location underwhelmed with staff attitude.

The Bohemia is wonderful - inspired architecture, great location and helpful staff. Parking is available (a real bonus so close to Colonnade), breakfast choice is good with an on-site barrista and WiFi is free. We’ll be back!

Still elegant building despite aging
Beautiful old hotel with large rooms. We had balcony facing street and could hear the singing fountains in the distance. Very friendly desk receptionist. Good breakfast with excellent coffee.

Easy secure outdoor parking. Great balconies on the suites. No proper shower in the suites - only a bath with a shower hose and very dangerous slippery tiles in the bathroom once wet. Breakfast staff unfriendly and untrained. Reception staff very helpful and well trained. Good location. Large, high ceiling rooms. Good price/ quality ratio.

Fun stay at classic hotel
We had a wonderful stay at this classic hotel, Orea Spa in Marianski Lazne. It is ideally located in town, good parking and very nice big breakfasts! Excellent service at the desk when needed.

Perfect location and great staff
I took my parents to Bohemia and it was perfect for our weekend stay. Great location for visiting the springs and scrolling to the colonade. The staff were really friendly.

I feel that this hotel does not deserve 4 star rating. The exterior and interior are beautiful but customer service is not good at all; they do not feel happy to oblige, they are not friendly; in fact, the immediate response to any request is either no or at best "tomorrow" even if it just as simple as an extra roll of toilet paper or blanket. Beds are bad and in some rooms the noise level is quite high. I will not consider booking it again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Yes, I would return.
Location, location, location. It is right on main street, across from a beautiful park, an easy short walk to a main spa. Several restaurants are close and worth the experience. The room was a bit sparse, but had A/C, room to move about, and the bed comfortable. There is also - unusual in Marianske Lazne - attached parking.
