Our bathroom floor was horrible..had to ask to have it cleaned. Pool was dirty. No hot breakfast for 3 of the 4 days we were there. Was there due to a hurricane heading to our area and was told I couldn’t cancel.

The first room had a non working light in bathroom. Second room had a warped bathroom door that would not close. Door also had big bubbles in paint due to moisture. The toilet had be flushed twice to be clear.
