Hinterthal is a district of the municipality of Maria Alm and is situated at 1020 m above sea level amidst a beautiful natural landscape in the middle of the Salzburg holiday region of Hochkönig in Pinzgau and has long been considered a secret tip for anyone looking for peace and relaxation in a unique natural landscape, without wanting to give up comfort and a wide range of sports and leisure activities.
In spring, summer and autumn, you can hike and cycle here, and there are numerous leisure facilities in the area (summer toboggan run, natural ropes course, archery, swimming lakes, forest slide, swing park, etc.).
In winter, you have a wide variety of winter sports possibilities to choose from. The Hochkönig ski area with 120 kilometres of slopes and modern lifts is part of the ski association Ski Amade.

Loved every about it
Great apartment, it came with everything and more. The apartment was nicely decorated and equipped with everything you needed. Awesome views from the balcony of the surrounding mountains. Super location for any hikes, lifts are just across the street. We definitely will be back.
