Set right on the banks of the Margaret River, Aroha (meaning love) is a serene, picturesque retreat for couples. The private rammed earth studio is set amongst lush foliage and is home to many species of birds. Aroha is the perfect choice for a couple wanting to escape the crowds with stunning bush walks, cycling or kayaking at your doorstep. A private rammed earth property, in a beautiful bush location is perfect for a couple wanting to escape and experience the many pleasures the region offers, such as walking or cycling along the bush trails, swimming in the river or visiting the award winning wineries, breweries, beaches and galleries nearby. It is steps from the Margaret River, opposite a small dam and bridge, which is a popular spot for swimming in the summer and only a 20 minute walk into town following the bush trail, or a 2 minute drive, to enjoy the many cafe's and restaurants.

Enjoy features such as the Pot belly fireplace for cold winter nights (May until September) and a spacious undercover balcony, the perfect spot for a glass of wine, a BBQ, reading a book or enjoying watching the native bird life.Other features include Daikin reverse cycle airconditioning, a comfortable Kingsize bed with luxury linen, 60" plasma TV and Bluray. The property is equipped with a kitchenette, including a 270 L fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, a sandwich press and a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods, a selection of teas and bottled water.

Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
The bins are collected on Thursday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Wednesday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ gas turned off after use.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.

A little Gem
What a great place to have a relaxing few days break. Very cosy with the wood fire lovely veranda to sit out on with the birds. A very well appointed studio and a short distance into the town to go to any restaurant etc. So good we will be back. Lyn

Property was very clean and close to city centre .Decor and furniture is beautifully done. Small irritation was noise from people swimming in the river and shouting ect. Nothing serious, just could not enjoy a quite drink outside on deck in afternoon.We will definitely stay again. Thank you we really ejoyed our stay.

Lovely little spot
Had a great weekend in Margaret River. The studio was a perfect size for 2 and all the facilities. There is a trail into the town centre that runs along the river so you can leave the car behind. Highly recommended

This property is perfect for an individual, or couple, looking for quality apartment-style accomodation in Margaret River that is away from the town centre. Contemporary design and beautifully presented. Quiet location with a covered terrace/deck at the back with gas BBQ and overlooking a garden containing many mature native trees and bushes. Great bathroom. Big TV. The kitchen area (through which you enter the apartment) has a fridge freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine and microwave oven. The main living area has a nice wood-burning stove, which I'm sure is lovely if you are visiting in the winter months. I live in Fremantle and am a frequent visitor to Margaret River. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet spot away from the town centre and quality accommodation.

Great time down south
Aroha is the perfect space for a couples getaway. Great location, backing onto the river & hiking trails and a 2 minute drive to the main strip. Everything was reasonably clean & a couple small issues were handled in good time. Great experience!
