We're proud to welcome you to our completely remodeled condo in the Sea Winds building, located on the 7th floor, with absolutely beautiful unobstructed 180Ā° beachfront, ocean views. It provides 2 full-private bathrooms, with the master bathroom having double vanity sinks, which no other condo in Sea Winds has! The remodel was completed at the end of October 2022. More than 125 positive 5-Star reviews from happy vacationers! Book with confidence.

- LOCATION: It's a short walk to the gulf coast water, at the south end of Marco Island. Itā€™s only 1/2 a mile to the very popular Marco Walk Plaza, providing restaurants, shops & a movie theater! And, it's 1 mile (14 buildings) from the JW Marriott, as well.

-THE LIVING ROOM has a large comfy couch, which converts to a Queen pull out sleeper. A large 55ā€ flat screen Smart TV for you to stream NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU, after signing into your personal account(s). We also invested in an electronic "black out shade", which is so nice when the sun blazes in!! Enjoy the view & sun, only when you want it. šŸ˜Š

-THE KITCHEN has a FLOOR TO CEILING PANTRY, which is a rare find, providing more storage for your personal items. The kitchen is fully stocked with items including; Calphalon pots, pans, bakeware, a 12-Cup coffee maker, a Single Serve Keurig, a blender, knife block, a large electric griddle, and toaster. You'll find kitchen soap, Windex and a roll of paper towels under the sink to get you started.

-THE MASTER BEDROOM: has a comfy Queen bed, with an on-suite private bathroom, with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. A ceiling fan and another large 55ā€ flat screen Smart TV for you to stream your NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU, after signing into your personal account(s). We also invested in an electronic "black out shadesā€ in here too! Enjoy the view & sun, only when you want it. Draw the shade to stay cool, or to sleep in late! A blue tooth speaker, clock & charging device stations are provided, as well. The closet has extra linens, an iron & a full sized ironing board.

-THE MASTER BATHROOM: provides DOUBLE VANITY SINKS! Our two condos are the only ones in the building providing this added value for your comfort.

-THE GUEST BEDROOM: has 2 comfy Twin beds, with a private on-suite bathroom and a walk-in shower. A ceiling fan and a 32ā€ flat screen Smart TV, for streaming NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, OR HULU, after signing into your personal account(s). This bedroom also has a "black out shade" on the window, which is really great for taking "naps" or for just sleeping in late. A blue tooth speaker, clock & charging device station is provided.

-BATHROOMS: each bathroom supplies towels, a hair dryer, Bath & Body Works soaps and a roll of toilet paper, to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your personal favorite toiletries and sunscreen. šŸ–ā˜€ļø

- LAUNDRY ROOM: A new full sized stackable washer & dryer are inside the unit. Complimentary laundry detergent & dryer sheets. I can't guarantee they'll always be there, because if/when people use the last of it, we may not catch it. We do our very best.

- BEACH CLOSET/LOCKER; Complimentary beach items for your use include beach 5 chairs, an umbrella & beach towels for your days basking in the sun at the white sandy beach!

There is 992 Square feet of living space in this condo. NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS, with a total of 5 persons. We want you to be comfortable, not cramped. Infants count as a "person" and are to be included in the reservation.

Saturday-Saturday, 7-Night Minimum Rental.

-PARKING: All Sea Winds condo guests have a $50 Parking pass requirement, which can be purchased at the front desk when you register for your stay. One (1) vehicle parking spot, per condo. Parking is a first come, first serve basis. No assigned parking.

WE INVEST IN AN ANNUAL ā€œDEEP CLEANINGā€ ON ALL OF OUR CONDOS DURING THE FALL TIME PERIOD.

-TURTLE SEASON is from May1st-October 31st. Renting during ā€œTurtle Seasonā€ requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 9pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. This fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay.

Simply Outstanding!
This unit is "Simply Outstanding" What you will find is a very updated unit the owners spared no expense on. With top-shelf appliances, all the pots and pans match and are in new condition, in addition to quite a stocked spice cabinet. The unit is incredibly equipped with everything to make your visit very enjoyable, really too many to mention, and the little notes around the unit take all the guesswork on how everything works and where it goes. The Bath and Body Works items are also a very nice touch.The owners are very responsive to every question you might have, really good people!In addition to all this, you have an incredible 7th floor ocean front view it doesn't get any better!

Little Piece of Heaven
This property is absolutely fantastic. Newly renovated, the homeowners have gone out of their way to make this condo beautiful. The kitchen is up to date and fully stocked, the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable with superior bedding. The bathrooms have been updated to include high end tile decor, roomy showers with rain-style shower heads and attractive vanities. The dining area and cozy living room were pleasant as well. And I can't forget location, location, location. A few steps to the private pool or down to the beach only made this home more attractive. And the ocean front balcony, which is fully furnished, made enjoying the sunset over the water every evening the highlight of our day. The homeowners were so accommodating and friendly, and kept in contact with us throughout our vacation to make sure our stay was enjoyable and that we did not need for anything. I would highly recommend this rental and intend on returning!

Fantastic Stay at SeaWinds on Marco Island
Everything about this property was top notch! The space was adequate for our family of 5, kids 6,8,12. The location was superb, walking distance to restaurants and a few shops, otherwise everything else was a short 2-5min drive. The property was very well maintained, beautifully updated (especially compared to the building itself), and was well stocked with everything from pots/pans, etc to all of your beach needs (chairs, towels, foldable wagon). The VIEWS from this property were SPECTACULAR. Sunrises and Sunsets, the sounds of the waves crashing, dolphins playing every morning and evening - it absolutely checked every single box for us. This was our first trip to Marco and will definitely be back! Check-in and check-out process was fine, had communication with the owners from day 1, but plenty of communication about expectations and things to do well before our trip. Job well done by the owners and management team. We canā€™t wait to go back!

Perfection in every way
My husband and I, our 2 kids (12 and 10), and grandparents had such a fabulous stay. The condo is just beautiful, the view is more than amazing, and our kids slept like rocks on the pullout sofa which was comfy and cozy with the super soft linens. Tracy and Michael are so responsive and are fantastic hosts. They thought of everything! We cannot wait to go back to Marco and this unit which feels like a very special home away from home!!!

Super easy check-in process, accurately described condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 very nice bathrooms. Wonderful vacation
Perfect stay for a family with small kids. We had everything we needed- a full kitchen, laundry, TVs in each room, a locker with tons of beach equipment, easy parking, etc. Michael and Tracy were wonderful and easy to communicate with. Will be back next year for sure!
