Light and bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the quiet development and gated
community of Stevens Landing. This top floor unit backs up to a nature preserve. Enjoy
God’s creation from your screened in patio where birds fly by regularly in the mangroves
and sunsets are beautiful. There’s even a window in the master shower facing the
water. The master contains a king bed, and two other bedrooms contain a queen and

full murphy beds with pillow top mattress covers. Stevens Landing is well manicured
with tropic plants around the grounds and heated pool, hot tub and pickleball
courts.

This unit provides everything you need for your comfort and convenience,
including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels
and a washer and dryer. It also comes with beach essentials like beach towels,
beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for a trip to the beach which is only 4 miles
away from the condo.

Very enjoyable, comfortable stay
Very nice condo- pretty view of the water, the wildlife, sunset and very quiet. Beds & furniture very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Community members friendly and helpful. Fun having the pool, spa and sauna- and sitting by the dock. We really enjoyed our 8 wk stay.
