Milan offers estate style glamour within a central marco island location. Six bedrooms and three and a half baths with 2 Master suites and spacious livings room over two floors, provide accommodations for up to 13 people on high quality beds, ideal for family or business travelers. Some information about Tigertail Beach
Tigertail Beach is one of two public access beaches and is a very short drive from your vacation home. Tigertail offers you the Lagoon as a great place for families with younger kids to enjoy the flat and calm water. There is plenty of wildlife to view and is a designated ‘Great Florida Birding Trail. To reach the Gulf of Mexico with the beautiful soft sandy beach you either have to wade through the lagoon or walk around the to the left. It's definitely worth the ten minute stroll. The beach here is absolutely breathtaking and totally natural. And don't forget your shelling bags. The beach offers you beautiful shelling. It is open 8 a.m. to sundown and there is a fee for parking.

Some information about South Public Beach Access
The parking lot is located on Swallow Avenue and is a short walk across South Collier Boulevard to a one-acre beach access on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There are 70-parking spaces with rest room access. The walk is lined with sabal palm trees and is surrounded by plush hotels on Marco Island. It is open 8 a.m. to sundown and there is a fee for parking.

Dresser drawers full of linens, towels,etc. about 2 feet in master closet to hang clothes. Rest of master closet full of pillows and linens, etc. patio kinda messy. Dead plants, broken light fixture. Cleaners still in house when we arrived at 4 pm.

Awesome Vacation Home
Our family had a wonderful time at the Milan Villa!! Beautiful, spacious, modern, close to everything in town. Hated to disturb the owner when the AC malfunctioned, but she contacted a repair team ASAP and we were up and running. Gracious, quick to respond, professional and charming. Thank you! We can't wait to come back and stay in this home with our big family, again!

Marco Island gem
House was exactly as advertised. Close to shops/restaurants, right off the main drag. Big house, plenty of room for 11 adults and 2 kids. Pool was great. Best of all, property host (May) was on top of everything. Communication was great, answering any question I had right away. Definitely a place we will book again in the future!!!

Very nice large house
We had 5 couples staying in the house, we were comfortable. However 1 bedroom we believe was an office as there was no closet in there, and that mattress needs to be replaced. We grilled while enjoying the pool and lanai. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We would highly recommend this house.

The location was great and close to everything. The house could definitely been cleaner. It was small things but annoying considering the high price tag. For example: broken and miss matched furniture, drawers and closets stuffed with random items, the propane tank grill was empty. It was spacious and the pool was a blast.

This house has the perfect set-up for a medium size group/multi-family. We had 2 families with teenage children. The house is located walkable to the beach, stores &coffee shops. The pool was a nice reprieve from the mid-day heat. Very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a long weekend.

Great Family House
We enjoyed the space. Each could have their own room. Close to grocery stores and restaurants and shops. We went fishing one day through Sunshine Tours. Very nice. Only thing i can say negative about the house was lack of drawer space and pantry area to keep groceries. All the cabinets and drawers had stuff, Nothing was empty for guests. Just needs to be cleaned out so guests have some space. We loved the house and its location to the beach. Nice canal view.

Lovely home
We had a wonderful time staying at your lovely home. The house is beautiful and the area is exceptional. The only feedback we have is the pool, we weren’t able to use it due to the cold weather and it wasn’t heated, at least not without additional charges. We finally took the plunge on our last day and had a roaring time from dealing with the cold and glad we jumped in.

This home was beautiful; and suited our needs perfectly. The community areas (kitchen, living room) were spacious and comfortable. The pool and patio were also wonderful. We got a lot of use out of it. Not everything was good though; mostly the smaller things. The dining room chairs need to be re-webbed. When you sit in them, you sink down into the frame. Some item that are supposed to be stocked in vrbo homes nearly out upon arrival. We had to go out on the arrival day to purchase trash bags, paper towels and TP, all of which were in shrot supply. This house was not equiped with enough eating utensils for us to have a sit down dinner for our group of 11. I had to call the owner to have her purchase and bring over more.

Beautiful home to create memories
My cousins and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate a birthday. Everything in this home was great, beautiful art work, comfortable beds, pool was fabulous, and the home was stocked with anything you would need for your stay. This was my second time on this property, and I was disappointed to see that it is on the market for sale, hopefully it will still be available to rent, if so...I will be back!

Fabulous experience
