It is 10 minutes drive from Marbella old town and only five minutes from Puerto Banus. The house offers three double bedrooms, two en-suite, and an additional family bathroom. There is a large comfortable drawing and dining room and a modern fully-equipped kitchen. On the top floor, there is a roof terrace with barbecue for al fresco dining which offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. A heated community swimming pool is located very close to the house.
