Casa La Concha is situated a 15 minutes walk to the beaches of Puerto Banus and a short driving distance to the larger resorts of Marbella and San Pedro. Quiet and peaceful, the villa is set in its own cul-de sac with immediate parking outside. Views from the terrace at the rear of the house overlook the 12th fairway of Las Brisas Golf. The villa is hidden behind its own walled garden, filled with lavender and roses. Leading from the large through lounge/dining area onto a spacious terrace with its own heated private swimming pool there are walking steps down into the shallow end ideal for children. The terrace is furnished with sofas and chairs, a dining table for 12, a gas BBQ and loungers for you to watch the golfers. Watch the spectacular sunsets on the beautiful mountain of La Concha or you can just jump into your own private heated pool (extra cost).
The villa, with its surrounding lawns and walled garden, makes an ideal safe family holiday. Can sleep 6 people minimum to 12 people maximum depending on requirements and priced per room.

We made it a good family holiday
Downstairs was damp air conditioner not working in sitting room and 2 bedrooms . Plenty dishes cups cutlery oven dishes. But we all had fun playing in the pool and we used bbq few times couldn’t use the garage

Attractive and spacious villa
A great villa, plenty of room for 12 of us and a lovely large pool. Quiet area, but very easy walking access to supermarkets, bars and restuarants and 20 min walk to Porto Banus (uphill on way back but taxi only 6 Euros). Furnishings inside and out a little tired, but comfortable. Beautiful views from the back of the house over the golf course and mountain, photos do not do it justice. Would recommend this villa and we hope to return.

Wonderful time in Puerto Banus
We had a lovely stay of 2 weeks with our family (10 people, including 4 children/infants). The house and pool were perfectly clean when we arrived, and the pool cleaner came many times during our stay. The location was ideal with a car (walking down to the beach and town would work, but walking back up in summer would be challenging). We did walk to the very fine supermarket and wine store. The view was spectacular. It was easy working with the owner, and we appreciated the extras -- cribs for the little ones and a gate for the stairs. We would return!

Lovely villa
Lovely villa amazing views could do with a lick of paint outside and pool re grouting on the sides as a bot tired otherwise perfect location good 20-25 min walk into peurto banus but Uber only 6 euros each way

Top holidays
Nice villa, minutes from Puerto Banus. We enjoyed the facilities of the villa as well as the amazing pool with great views.
The host was completely available for us and very kind.
The bedrooms are big and all of them but two with great bathrooms.
The only thing I would suggest is to buy new furnitures for the pool area.
Ping pong table was a great surprise as well.
