Situated on a Spanish style 24 hour gated complex with two large swimming pools with lifeguards and tropical gardens located next to the beach in San Pedro

Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants in San Pedro. The Guadavillas complex is located next to a golf course the beach and the promenade with its many places to eat, drink and shop. The beach promenade stretches from San Pedro to Puerto Banus. San Pedro location between Pauto Banus, Marbella and Estapona is ideal for access to the best areas on the Costa del Sol

San Pedro has just finished a rejuvenation programme with its new beachside promenade running from Puerto Banus to the far end of San Pedro where the house is located. There are many new sculptures and fountains in the area. The centre of San Pedro has had millions of Euros spent on redeveloping the centre that included diverting the main carriageway that runs through the centre of San Pedro underground that also runs the full length of Costa Del Sol. On top they have built what can only be described as an amazing central promenade with water features bridges, cafes, an amphitheatre and play parks. At night as well as the day the whole promenade comes alive with shows, and bars and street acts and markets. San Pedro is becoming one of the most exclusive areas on the Costa De Sol

The townhouse is located in a secure gated Spanish community with lovely white washed Spanish styled houses and tropical gardens. As you walk in the kitchen is open plan with breakfast bar and electric hob, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and cutlery for cooking and home fresco eating. The washing machine is located on the roof terrace.

On the ground floor you have a toilet and a large living room/dining area with air-conditioning that leads to the outside area where you will find the outside table and chairs. From the garden back gate you have direct access to the path that leads to the beach and Maccoo chiringuito where you might just see a few famous faces. Also on the ground floor is the ground floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom & air-conditioning. Ideal for those who struggle with stairs

On the second floor you have the first large master bedroom with ensuite and two further double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning.

On the top floor you will find the second master bedroom with air-conditioning and ensuite with views across the golf course and down towards the sea. At the top of the stairs there is also a a kitchenette to complement the second master bedroom and outside terrace. From the top floor kitchenette you can walk out on to the top terrace for sun bathing and BBQ

Loved the villa. Ideal for 2 families. 5 bedrooms all with there own bathrooms. Lovely location about a 20 minute walk to local bars and shops. Did not have a hire car but would have been a useful addition. Only downside was the restrictions around the pool area which didn't open until after 11am every day but that didn't spoil the holiday.

Lovely House, Lovely Location
Just got back from a wonderful stay in San Pedro. Weather was nice most days but on the days it was not the house was a great place to be with large rooms to accommodate everyone. It was a bit cold for the pool but did sunbath on the roof terrace while watching the golfers on the green at the back. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make a nice meal. The boulevard and town offered plenty of places to eat and shop. Very central to everywhere, great location. Can’t wait to return next year

Good property on a nice urbanisation
Very close to the beach and some excellent beach clubs. A bit fat from the centre and I personally think it should say "car not necessary but adviseable" especially as it is a large property and aimed at numerous guests. Shopping could prove a problem. I would just comment that the "top" bedroom is rather basic and more of a store room for the cushions from the outdoor furniture. Maybe some thought could be given to improving that spacertain. Warren the owner was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Good time was had by all our group.
Overall we had a really good time in San Pedro and if you want somewhere that offers a home from home with good transport links you won’t go wrong with this property. On first impression the property looked good. The villa has all the facilities that was advertised. Stacks of crockery/cutlery/glassware pots n pans etc. Unfortunately we, found that there was no sun beds or loungers as advertised as the ones around the villa were damaged beyond repair! However, I contacted the owner as soon as we arrived and he arranged for some new loungers to be delivered within a few days and sunbeds arrived later on during our first week. Thank you Warren for responding so quickly :-) There is a local bar and Spar not far away lots of restaurants just off the main boulevard about 15 minutes walk. Nearest big supermarket is quite a walk but as there was 7 of us in our party we managed to carry our shopping between us but really a car is needed if doing a big shop. The bus service is just off the boulevard and is easy to use and get to lots of destinations, Malaga etc.. I would advise a few visits to Puerto Benus and Marbella only €1.25 pp bus runs every 15-30 minutes. The urbanisation is well set out and the 2 pools are nice but no sun beds are allowed at the pool only sun chairs. When just used them for a quick swim then went back to the sun terrace at the villa. We went to the beach a few times, sun beds there cost between €5-8 a day depending on which you choose. The beach is made up of shingles and not much sand and you need beach shoes in order to go into the sea. Recommend bar El Churrero just up the road from the villa, we used it nearly every night and made good friends with the owner Juan and his wife. They even cooked us some food to take away one night. Ambrosia bar and restaurant serve good food as weel as Hogan Stand and the GK bar all of these are off the boulevard. As I said at the beginning of this review we had a good time in Ssn Pedro and the villa was in an excellent location and provided everything we needed for our holiday.

Well maintained property catering for all your needs.
The complex the house is in,is very well managed and the staff couldn't do enough for us.The are around is lovely and peaceful with some lovely Resturants to go to,how ever the supermarkets are a good walk away and I feel a car is a must.The villa is really nice and the roof terrace was our favourite place to sit and relax.

Lovely villa in a small beautifully maintained secure peaceful resort
Overall loved the villa and resort. Rooftop fifth bedroom not quite up to standard of the rest of the villa but owner tells me that it will be converted into a master bedroom with ensuite for next year. Patio area at the rear would be a bit small if everyone interested in sun bathing ( we weren’t) but nice large dining table and good BBQ. Some people might not like the fact that there were no sun beds around either of the lovely pools —— we thought it was a plus however as the surrounding grassy areas with palm trees had a lovely ambiance. Warren the owner very helpful a swift to respond to texts. There is a small beach close by but kids would want to go to the main San Pedro beach which was 10 to 15 min walk —— didn’t bother us but some people may like it closer. All in all San Pedro town and beach is more upmarket and understated and more Spanish than Marbella and a great family destination

Wonderful 3 Week Holiday
Just got back from a wonderful 3 week holiday at Casa Sunrise. The house was amazing with tonnes of room, well kept and modern. The weather was very hot and with the benefit of having fans in the bedrooms it was so much better than having to have the air-conditioning on. The kitchen was an absolute delight to cook in, fully equipped with everything you need to cook a big meal. Plenty of outside spaces around the house to escape the kids, lol. The owners were very helpfully and answered any question we had. The two swimming pools were fantastic for the kids with the extra benefit of lifeguards in the day. Located on a beautiful complex that is well maintained with beautiful gardens. The area was peaceful and relaxing. The town of San Pedro is fabulous with so many play areas for the kids and bars, restaurants on every corner. There was even a fashion show on the boulevard on one of the days we were there. Shopping was great for both clothes and food with the many supermarkets and shops in the area. Got to be one of the best holidays ever, definitely be returning.

Nice property, beautiful complex but issues arrose after holiday ended
Casa Sunrise is a very well maintained Villa and Guadavillas is a beautiful safe secure complex. Our 12 day stay went really well. The Villa is spacious, well laid out and kitted out to a very high standard. There were a few issues with noise due to renovation in surrounding villas. (we were awoken a few mornings early in the stay due to work men using jackhammers). Also, each morning at ~7:30 the golf course next to the Villa mow the greens. This only last 5-10 minutes and we were usually able to get back to sleep quickly :-). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Casa Sunrise and Guadvillas, However, the problems started when we arrived home and the landlord informed us that he was holding back much of the deposit due to excessive use of the Air con and the fact the house needed additional cleaning. In the contract it does say that excessive use will be charged but it dose not define what excessive use is. We only used the Air Con when people were in the house and only in the rooms they were using. On the cleaning, I felt the house was left in a very clean state and when I asked for photo evidence I was only given 1 picture which showed 6-8 cigarette buts underneath the outside hedge. After challenging the landlord on this, the mood changed and I was accused of telling lies about the noise and further accused of causing structural damage to the house by cracking a down stairs ceiling again a claim I strongly refute. At this point the landlord informed us that he had now decided to withhold all the deposit and refused to answer any further mails on the matter. Needless to stay the way the whole deposit situation was handled has really tarnished our stay. While I understand the need to restrict excessive electric use, the least I would expect is for a meter reading upfront and a limit on use defined clearly. On the cleaning question, again, no clear explanation was given as why they felt the house needed additional cleaning which would cost and additional fee.

This property is close to a shingle beach and beach club. The house is modern clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped. Each bedroom has bathroom ensuite or next door. Fantastic family holiday
Family with 2 adults, 3 teenage boys and Granddad. The location and the house was absolutely ideal. Downstairs bedroom with en-suite for Granddad and three large bedrooms for the teenage boys and a massive master bedroom all with there own bathrooms. With the beach and town center walking distance it was ideal for letting the boys go out and do their own thing. The house was large and the kitchen was absolutely superb. The town center comes alive at night down the back streets with all the little bars and quirky shops and restaurants. The center boulevard was great for riding bikes down as was the beach promenade. The boys walked into Puerto Banus that can be walked in half an hour along the beach promenade. Can’t wait to return again soon!

Just come back from a fantastic two week holiday in Marbella. The house was amazing with plenty of space and lovely outside areas. The modern kitchen was an absolute delight to cook in and the centre island was the main area used during our stay. The living room was also large with cable TV which kept the children entertained as well as good size dining table for the all-important meals The shops, cafes, bars and restaurants was very close by and the beach and boulevard was easy walking distance. We had a car but did not think we needed to use it every day. Loads to do in the area including bike hire that we enjoyed as well as loads of child friendly play areas in the centre of town. The owner was very helpful and courteous. Definitely be returning in the future.

A great family holiday villa
Easy booking with a very responsive and helpful owner. Villa well situated with everything one could need for a family holiday. Great pool which had a fab shallow end for my little kids, was. Never very busy and a lifeguard Lovely outside area to eat al fresco. Even games , books and dvd's! Would love to come again!

Lovely well equipped home in a fabulous location
We stayed at Casa Sunrise for 2 weeks between 5th and 19th August 2017. We were a group of 4 adults, one teenager and 5 children. We all had a lovely holiday. The house is well equipped and very clean. We did not want for anything. The location is superb- so much to do in walking distance and in the local area. The children loved the pool. Highly recommended!

Ruime woning, veel slaapkamers op keurig en veilig park
We hebben een goede week gehad in de villa. Het dakterras was erg fijn. Veel ruimte in de woning en conform de beschrijving. In de nabije omgeving niet veel dingen te doen. Een auto is wel nodig om bij leuke plaatsen te komen, die er zeker zijn! Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, misschien geen handig huis. Sommige matrassen wat hard. Voorzieningen in huis heel goed. Goede huisraad en lekker koel.

Very clean, big, nice and warm house and environment
We had a great stay in this house. It was nice and clean with enough space to live and sleep and a great roof terras to sit in the evening. It is very near to the beach and has a big pool (2) just across the block. The kitchen has all you need. The only thing that was missing for us was a coffee machine, but luckily it's just a few minutes walk for a nice little coffee bar. We would really reccomend this house and it's owner for his hospitality!
