All new, newly renovated and with private pool. Just 2 minutes drive from Puerto Cabopino to 1. 2 KM and about the same distance to the golf course of 18 holes.

Along the harbor, La Playa Cabopino Dunes protected nature reserve, filled with new wooden walkways with which you can know every corner.

perfect beaches for lovers of diving, kitesurfing and good Mediterranean food.

A 10 minutes from Marbella and 25 minutes from Malaga International Airport.

The house is a semi-detached house on 3 floors with 5 bedrooms.

On the main floor is a spacious kitchen, living room, patio front and rear terrace, next to the kitchen.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the sea.

Clear days you can see Gibraltar and Africa.

On the ground floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, another bathroom with shower, another living room with TV and a garage for up to 4 cars !!

WIFI on all floors and satellite TV in Spanish and English. You can download movies, series, documentaries ... all on demand! We will make you feel at home!

Beautiful airy spacious villa.
The hosts were nice and we really enjoyed our stay in their beautiful property. Clean, spacious home with just enough outside space and even a little pool for a quick dip to cool off. Bath towels and toiletries were provided, along with a few essentials in the kitchen. We even had a blender to make a watermelon cocktail. Had a minor issue with not enough toilet roll - Alejandra was very kind and sorted that out promptly. Check out was strictly at 12pm which we understand, just be wary in case you expected more flexibility. Would highly recommend this property for a group of friends, with or without children. Da Bruno was a short walk away and we enjoyed two meals there. Short walk also to the beach - we had a fantastic time. Sand was nice, food/drinks were excellent and people were nice too
