The apartment is ideally located just a short distance from the well known resort of Puerto Banus and with easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants as well as the shopping centre. Staying here perfectly combines the joys of relaxing in acres of lovely gardens and you are still just a short walk away from the fine sandy beaches of exciting, chic Puerto Banus with its world famous marina, luxurious yachts, designer shops, a great choice of restaurants and vibrant night life. For the perfect apartment and a perfect holiday you don´t need to look any further!

The apartment is located in a large complex with 24 hour security and has wonderful sub tropical gardens, a choice of two large swimming pools one north and one south of central area with lifeguards and children´s pools (both pools are open 01 June to Mid September, 1 pool is open for limited hours Mid to End of May and Mid to End of September). Sun loungers are provided.

There is a day time cafe/night time restaurant providing delicious refreshments on site as well as 4 padel tennis courts, a basketball court and a children´s play area as well as a cashpoint.

This beautiful apartment is serviced by air-conditioning or heating and has marble floors throughout. There is a lounge/dining room with corner suite and dining table for 6 that leads out onto a spacious terrace. It is comfortable and well equipped. Apart from the living room and kitchen, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two twin bedded. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a shared bathroom for the twin bedded rooms.

The lounge has a large flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick allowing you to access your Apps eg Netflix and terrestrial Spanish stations, a DVD player and an iPod docking sound system for those who enjoy bringing their own music.

The spacious terrace is fully tiled and provides an ideal place to relax at the end of a long day; there is also an al fresco dining area for those lovely summer nights and sun loungers for those who don´t want to go too far. The property is equipped with a highchair, travel cot and changing mat for those with young children. Hire of strollers or car seats are available on request for an additional fee.

Golf at extremely competitive prices is available from numerous local courses, such as La Dama De Noche course which is just next door, Los Naranjos and La Quinta to name a few. For those who like to stay close to home, the kitchen has an induction hob and oven as well as a microwave. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

Overall location is great, pool was really big and nice. Property is a little tired, could do with a fresh clean of paint and some updates internally . Main bedroom was good, single beds were not very comfy, however as a summer pad it’s ok, AC works well, nice garden, and fully equipped. We had a little blip on arrival but Caron was great and resolved everything quickly

Lovely stay
Good sized apartment with large outside area. Well equipped accommodation in good location. Everything needed was provided. We had a very enjoyable stay in Caron apartment, set in beautiful surroundings in a well maintained and manicured complex. 20 minutes walk in several directions takes you to a large variety of eating and drinking options. The pool was fantastic, spacious and inviting, lifeguards always in attendance, plenty of room and sunbeds for everyone. Our arrival was trouble free and went exactly as planned. Easy to find and with good directions provided, everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Very relaxing holiday
We’ve just returned from our 2nd stay at la dame de noche. The development is lovely with well maintained gardens and the added bonus of the bellini bar where you can get drinks, snacks, ice creams and full meals. The swimming pool is fantastic, we could get sunbeds easily at anytime of day and it has a lovely relaxing feel to it. We hired a car and although it’s not essential, I would recommend. We were able to get taxis from outside the apartment fairly easily, but in high season it is extremely busy. The apartment itself has a lovely outdoor space, is close to the pool and is comfortable albeit fairly basic. Communication with the host Caron is brilliant, you get fast responses and she is very helpful. Check in and check out is very easy and the complex feels very safe. La dame de noche is a lovely base for a relaxing holiday, there are hundreds of restaurants within a 5 minute cab ride (20 minute walk) and if you want a quieter night away from the busyness of the port I’d recommend trying the area of Aloha gardens and also Shango’s. We had a fabulous stay in Carons apartment. It was clean and well equipped with more than enough room for 6 ladies. The terrace was lovely for breakfast in the morning sunshine and pre dinner drinks. The grounds and pool areas were beautiful. Caron answered any queries quickly and efficiently. We easily walked into Puerto Banus and also took a short taxi ride to Marbella old town. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stay in this area. Thank you Caron

A good property in a lovely location
During my stay (March to May 2023) Caron was quick in replying to any issues or problems I had, which was impressive. The apartment is well equipped and maintained and has all you need. The oven took some getting used to, but was fine. It’s possibly a little cosy with six people there, but not overly so. The patio area is east facing, so only gets the sun in the morning. You can therefore get shade there in the afternoon. I didn’t use the air conditioning at all during my stay. The complex itself is well maintained and generally pleasant. There are two swimming pools, but I didn’t get much use of them, as only one partially opened from mid-May (not an issue if you go in the summer). If you like golf, there are course aplenty around. It’s 20 minutes into town, San Pedro is an hour’s walk (quieter than Marbella, a longer walk) and both are worth visiting (the buses are very cheap if you just want to walk one way). For more serious walkers who want to get away for a bit, turn right out of the complex, then right at Ahola golf club (past the bins) and then straight up the hills. There’s a lake with a dam and wonderful views. La Concha (mountain range) is also worth climbing. The only negatives were noisy neighbours in the apartment above and dog mess not being picked up around the complex. Neither of these were Caron’s fault and she did all she could to help and reported the incidents for action. Overall I would recommend the apartment, complex and area.

Pro's: Communication with the owner was great, Instruction for entry to the property were also excellent. Con's: This had to be the dirtiest apartment/hotel I have ever stayed in. There were crumbs on the kitchen and dinning room chairs. There was dust, and crumbs on the floor meaning we needed to sweep and then hover as the broom was so filthy itself. The kettle had discoloured water and limescale meaning we had to buy descaler before we could even use the kettle. The pillow had a stain on it, there was black mould on both shower curtains and the tea towel. Probably the worst finding in this post Covid world was a used and discarded face mask in one of the bedside table. I had read on the reviews that the apartment is 15 minutes to the port. The fact is it took 10 minutes to walk out the entrance and then get to the end of the urbanization perimeter, it was then another 20 minutes to the port. A total walk of 30 minutes each way. Granted we were not walking fast but in 35 degree heat who would! There was nothing around the complex at all other than walk to the port or stay at the onsite bar/restaurant. where by the way we got charged 9 euros for a portion of chips!! I have also taken photo's to evidence all of the above.

Great location for golf courses and only short walk for Puerto Banus. If taxi required to friendly entrance security are more than happy to arrange. Apartment is very spacious with enough room for 5/6 adults, very clean, spacious outdoor patio area, large comuni pool. Will be booking for next year

Fantastic spacious apartment in brilliant location
We just returned from ten days at Caron's apartment. It is so spacious and well kitted out. Caron was extremely obliging and approachable she often replied to my messages straightaway and really put my mind at ease. Everything about the location was perfect. Fabulous holiday
Firstly id like to say that communication with the property owner is fantastic, we booked this property for a holiday in 2020, but due to covid we have had to move our dates twice. Caron has always been super helpful and responds to any questions very quickly. The apartment is situated in a beautiful, well kept development. The grounds are well maintained and the two pool areas are beautiful. We didn’t have any problems getting sun beds and the pool area is very relaxing and spacious. The apartment is very close to the pool and restaurant area, bellini bar is a great place to grab a snack or a cocktail, we also ate dinner there a couple of times and chatted to the locals. The apartment itself is a fabulous base, we felt very comfortable and content. There’s plenty of wardrobe space and bundles of hangers, the patio area is lovely and the kitchen has everything you need. We had a wonderful two week stay and have already booked for next year. Puerto Banus has everything you could ask for, the stroll to the port is about 10 minutes, and there are bundles of restaurants and bars. We also used uber to get taxis to restaurants away from the port area, one in particular ‘Shango’s’ was absolutely lovely, I would highly recommend a visit. Shopping is also amazing, el corte ingles is well worth a visit, it also houses a very big supermarket and a Starbucks. The air conditioning in the apartment is lovely, although i did wake up most nights to turn it back on as the setting only allows you to have air con on for two hours. We also had 2 nights where the apartment above were very loud, on our last night they played loud music and were dancing at 4.30 am. This wasn’t ideal, but hasn’t put us off from returning. We hired a car, which was great to get shopping from the close by mercadona and to visit nearby places. We absolutely loved staying at la dama de noche and can’t wait to return next year. Thank you Caron for all your help and assistance and for letting us use your lovely apartment.

First time in Marbella and I looked around at various apartments to meet my needs. This place was perfect for myself and my son. It's a nice gated community and was very peaceful. The place was spacious, clean, with access to 2 pools and a restaurant on site and also fully furnished apartment. Local amenities were close by within walking distance including Puerto Banus which was about 10-15mins walk to the beach/main strip. Theres lots of parking space for cars. We had a hire car so this was useful. Especially when unloading luggage and shopping. The apartment manager was great and extremely accommodating for my needs and cleared up any queries I had. I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends and I would gladly stay here again. I

The property is in great shape and very well equipped, located within a high end gated condominium that is well. maintained. The overall location is very pleasant and convenient, and we highly recommend whether for short/holiday or medium length stay! Great place to stay and explore
This is a fantastic property for a long or short stay. We had booked for a five week winter break in March as we like to play golf and explore all the local towns but unfortunately our visit was cut short by 2 weeks due to the coronavirus and subsequent lockdown of the area, however we did manage to get two good weeks before that happened. The apartment is very spacious and having two full bathrooms is ideal even for two of us. The outside space is huge and it's a pity we didn't get to make the most of it. Our check was easy and Christine the agent made sure we had everything we needed especially when we had to evacuate early due to cancellation of flights. The area is lovely and clean everywhere on the complex and the gardens are well maintained. We discovered it's mile to walk around the whole complex which is great for walking or hugging. The swimming pool area looked nice and spacious but was closed for the season which is understandable. The area of Puerto Banus is lovely with plenty bars and restaurants, we never had a bad meal in any of them. There is a good selection of supermarkets nearby and an easy walk to pop out for a few items. We joined a golf club in Estepona for our stay and also a local gym in San Pedro as we like to live as at home and also practice Spanish language. Bith were excellent for facilities and service. All in all we had a really good time which as cut short by this disaster but we wouldn't hesitate to come back again in better circumstances.

Excellent family apartment in superb location
From the point of booking this apartment, we had a great experience. The rental company contacted us a week before travel to support with completing the tourist forms and very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport and how to get into the apartment. Once we were there, we found a clean, spacious, comfortable apartment with a great outdoor space for our 4 year old along with parents and grand parents. The swimming pool on the complex was a good size and never too busy and with Puerto Banus and the beach so close, we had everything we needed
