Fantastic location sitting on the edge of the South West Coastal path at the top end of Marazion town.From the balcony this home enjoys uninterrupted sea views over Mounts bay and the famous St Michaels Mount.The Fire Engine pub is only a 5 minute walk. It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michaels Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min. Carbis bay&St Ives is only a 20 minute drive.

Perfect location for exploring what west Cornwall has to offer . Fantastic for a family and couples getaway. Access to the South west coastal Path right next door. Great for walking the dog. Upside down house.Breath taking view of St Michaels Mount and the bay from the balcony. Fenced garden for the kids to play. Private free parking for 2 cars. Next door to South West Coastal path entrance. Bus stop directly outside private entrance to the home. Walking distance to beaches and town centre. The house is located in ideal location for exploring South west Cornwall. Really nice quiet area and the locals are really friendly.

Can recommend dog sitter if needed.

Bedroom with two singles beds are ziplocked can be made into double if requested before arrival.

Open top buss stop just outside the home. Runs to St Ives, Falmouth and Lands End during the Holiday Season.

Great spot
Beautiful spot, clean and tidy, easy to get too. Walking distance from St Michaels Mount and easy bus ride to Penzance.
