Resort is gorgeous. Gym, pools, and spa are fantastic. I had the very best facial by Sarah that I have ever had. Prices for spa treatments, food and drinks are fairly high. Townhouse was spacious and beautiful but could have been better stocked with paper towels, cleaning supplies, broom, etc. Lagoon had baby jelly fish floating around but water was very clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Mini-golf needs a refresh. Noticed lots of young kids having fun in the splash pad area. Iguanas were everywhere. We got a kick out of that. Nice tennis courts and gift shop. Had a great time! Florida Keys is a great place to vacation.

The facility itself was amazing with minor repairs needed. The staff was amazing as well. We ran into an issue with a party boat so load it was shaking the buildings and eventually had to be a police matter.

Our room had endless trouble. We arrived to maintenance men working on our toilet in our unit. It never worked the 3 nights we were there. It's ok we had 2 others but still. Our AC was rough upstairs. Again, what can you do? But the worst was the wood rotted stairs behind out villa that broke. Thankfully my 87 year old mother who was with us wasn't the one walking on it. Manager Maggie was very nice and felt awful. She was wonderful. Other than that this is our second trip and the resort is lovely.
