Top floor suite! Beautifully furnished unit overlooking the aqua blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

This 1,700 square foot (including wrap-around porch), custom decorated condominium offers a unique ocean panoramic view. Split floor plan has centralized living area. Fully-equipped kitchen. Large master bedroom with king-size bed, private 3/4 bath, and walk-in closet.

Relax and enjoy a cool drink on the wrap-around screened terrace overlooking Faro Blanco Lighthouse and Marina. Visit and savor dinner at any of the many area restaurants. Sunbathe or swim at nearby Sombrero Beach... only 4 miles from the resort.

Marina Use: Daily and monthly boat dockage is available. Separate arrangements for a slip and trailer parking can be made through the abutting resort/marina. Trailer parking is allowed. However, boat launching is not available on site but nearby.

Guest Discount: Condo guests enjoy a 20% discount on food and beverages at the Yacht Club Restaurant and bar.

Arrange fishing charters for deep sea fishing off nearby Seven Mile Bridge or snorkel on the area coral reefs. Less than an hour's drive is popular Key West and it's about a mile walk to Seven Mile Bridge to view spectacular sunsets!

This unit is appealing to non-smokers as we ask that smoking be limited to the terrace. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Excellent Condo for a holiday
The property was every bit as good as it appeared in the listing. Gary was excellent to deal with, easy to contact and quick to reply. The location is excellent with a very large balcony where we ate most of our meals. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all the equipment needed. Living room is large and comfortable. Easy access to the gated community and the pool and restaurant next door are a real plus. Good local supermarket. We rented bikes which were fun. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to the Keys.

Retro vacation for family
We had stayed here 30+ years ago several different times. It was just as we remember it. The condo is older but still spacious and comfortable. The grounds, pool & docks have changed due to the hurricanes. Having the resort amenities available was great. The condo could use some updating but once the air conditioning got fixed everyone enjoyed themselves

The unit is beautiful with a great view of the gulf. The owner is very accommodating and responsive to all requests. This was our 5th trip to Marathon and the best place we've stayed yet. We would not hesitate to use this condo again.

The property was nice and easily accessible. The condo was clean and decorated very cute. The beds and layout of the condo was very comfortable. Traveling for our first wedding anniversary and we arrived to flowers and a note wishing us a happy anniversary. Such a lovely personal touch! Just Amazing !
Truly amazing spent our Christmas 2021 holiday here, Gary answering every single question, went above and beyond to make us comfortable… This beautiful Eye opening condo Over loooks the Beautiful ocean, has everything you would possibly need!!! Right down to A fully stocked kitchen, The Large bedrooms with king size beds are very comfortable, I even got a phone call from housekeeping to make sure there was nothing that I needed ….WOW even had laundry detergent and softener…. We were overjoyed when we walked into the condo. A spectacular view, comfy beds, spacious layout, stocked with kitchen essentials and beach toys, attentive hosts, clean, and a great location for all the great fishing, restaurants, and beach that Marathon offers and easy to get to other islands. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved it!
We stayed one month. For most of that it was just the two of but for about five days some family joined us. The condo is very spacious and beautiful. The view is to die for! Others that live in the building were so friendly. The pool area is great and the location was amazing. You can walk to some restaurants and tiki bars. The screened in veranda with the top floor views made it so easy to just sit and relax..great for anyone who cannot be out in the sun much. Watching the yachts and boats was so fun. The owner has furnished it with everything you need. You cannot go wrong here. Clean, comfy and beautiful.
