There's no water for guests to drink at this resort, and no enough chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Dinner was cold every night. At check-in the receptionist was a little impolite.

The ocean in front of the hotel was as beautiful as any Caribbean sea. After seeing Praia Antunes in front of the hotel, I understood why they call Maragogi the Caribbean of Brazil. Our specially ordered dinner on the sand was so romantic and memorable. Not only was the atmosphere great, but the food was better than most good restaurants. Agnaldo, the waiter who served us, was so nice that he even organized special music for us and made us feel like VIPs. I am so grateful. We had a sea view room, but it was a bit far from the ocean, so I wouldn't choose that room if I came back here. Special thanks also to Tamires at Reception. She was so friendly and helpful with a smile on her face.

Excelente la experiencia de estar 5 días en este hotel. Todo fue un 10 absoluto. La calidad de la gente que atiende la comida que era muy buena, los responsables de la comida atentos a ayudar a mi esposa que no puede comer con gluten. La playa increíble! Hay bicicletas de agua de cortesía que son geniales.... Ya queremos volver

I like a lot the staff. It is breakfast and dinner inclusive. Breakfast was excellent and different selection s. Dinner every time was a different cuisine like Portuguese, Brazilian and Arabic. Breakfast was better than dinner. Also the bathroom didn’t have handles bar on the bathroom for handingcap. But I had a great experience.

Estrutura incrível mas atendimento precisa melhora
A estrutura do hotel é incrível, parece que a administração é muito bem preparada, eles pensam em tudo, tem muita recreação todos os dias da semana para adultos e crianças, a piscina infantil é um sucesso, eles ainda oferecem prato kids gratuito no almoço para crianças ate 4 anos. Show ao vivo todas as Noites, as recreadoras infantis bem atenciosas. Pontos negativos: A Copa baby é pequena e falta até agua, mas acredito que seja questão do atendimento que é bem ruim. Os funcionários não são simpáticos e nem hospitaleiros, não fazem questão de agradar ou serem cordiais, te mandam encher a garrafa de agua da copa baby no restaurante se nao houver agua, chegando a ser grosseiros em alguns momentos, voce fala que quer reservar mais uma noite e pouco fazem questão por isso, a arrumação do quarto seria melhor nem ter, deixa o quarto bem mau arrumado.

El hotel y sus instalaciones es hermoso x donde lo mires. De todos modos considero excesivamente elevados sus costos d alojamiento. Con 3 noches de alojamiento allí, puedo pagarme la estadía de 1 semana completa en Maragogi.

Bom hotel na beira mar de Maragogi, com boa estrutura de praia e piscina. Quarto confortavel. Bom café da manhã, porém jantar deplorável. Nota-se que a estrutura do restaurante é boa e os pratos são repostos com frequência, entretanto, os ingredientes são de qualidade questionável e os pratos, consequentemente, são péssimos. A evitar absolutamente. Pretendemos voltar, mas sem realizar refeições principais no hotel.

Quarto muito confortável , piscina espetacular , hotel pe na areia em uma das mais belas do Mundo! Mas a comida é muito ruim , oferecem meia pensão , onde o jantar são até criativos , mas não é saboroso ! Outro ponto supper importante : tudo é muito caro , desde bebida a petiscos , assim como os pratos ! Sem sentido se cobrar 37 reais em uma caipirosca , onde na praia , na frente se cobra 20,00 ! Isso é um dos exemplos ! Uma porção de batata frita por 39,00 , onde ela já chega mole por conta do vento . O vinho tinto mais barato da carta custa 130 reais , com um vinho de nota 3,3 do Vivino . Enfim , esse hotel tem tudo para ser uma referência na praia , mas não dá pra explorar por uma comida ruim e cara

Localização do hotel numa praia maravilhosa, hotel inaugurado recentemente, tudo funcionando bem, e fomos muito bem atendidos. As piscinas excelentes, bem distribuídas com várias mesas a disposição, só acho que deveria aumentar o grupo de garçons dessa área.

Péssima! Não recomendo. Era 22:05hs, estávamos dormindo quando fomos surpreendidos com duas pessoas dentro do nosso apto. Acordei porque eles ligaram todas ás luzes do apto. No momento do susto, gritei. Eles apagaram ás luzes e fecharam a porta numa sutileza, como se nada tivesse acontecido. A minha esposa viu que uma pessoa era mulher, que olhou pra ela e virou as costas e saiu em silêncio. Liguei na hora n na recepção e relatei o acontecido. A primeira pergunta que fizeram é se era funcionário. Como assim, como se funcionário pudesse entrar no apto no horário das 22:05 sem bater a porta. Fiquei extremamente preocupado, e se não tivéssemos no apto qual surpresa teríamos. Na manhã seguinte foi a recepção, ninguém sabia de nada solicitamos que trocasse o nosso cartão. No final do dia minha esposa foi até a recepção e pra surpresa a resposta que obteve é que eles não tiveram tempo de avaliar a situação, pois estavam cheios de serviço, eles não tinham autorização pra ver as câmeras, não sabiam dizer como o cartão de um desconhecido abriu a porta do nosso apto. Ficou de dar respostas até a nossa saída. Saiamos do hotel eles nem mencionaram o fato. Faz uns 15 dias que isso aconteceu e não tivemos retorno, descaso total. A comida é péssima, é nível (bandejão) nada contra o bandejão, é que a diária do Brisa não é diária popular. Às toalhas das mesas todas amassadas ( sem passar). Às formas onde estão às comidas são velhas, descascadas. Café da manhã péssimo. Não volto nunca mais!

Excelente opcao para ferias em maragogi
Otimo custo beneficio. O Hotel é novo, possui instalacoes comfortaveis e a localizacao nao podia ser melhor. Sugiro apenas uma maior diversificacao nos petiscos oferecidos na praia e no restaurante da piscina, incluindo opcoes sem fritura. A academia tambem podia ser melhor. O espaço é pequeno e nao ha bebedor de agua disponível.
