The bungalows and the beach are nice (the beach is nice, but the water is always murky, though that is something common of the whole reason) but we had a poor experience overall. The main problems, as already shared by some other person: 1. While the rooms have air conditioning, the living room and kitchen space have no insulation on the roof, with visible open gaps between walls and roof, which makes these areas hot and it's not really possible to keep them cold; it also allows animals to enter 2. The window frames are completely open, they don't have actual window, so great and animals can enter 3. We had ants or similar on and under the beds, there was a bat in the living room 4. One night the bathroom mirror detached by itself from the wall and crashed against the sink and floor, as crazy add this sounds, really lucky nobody was in the bathroom at the time; it looks like it might have been due to bugs accumulating behind the mirror We left early because of all these issues. The place doesn't inspired confidence in being well maintenance. The staff was always helpful and to be fully transparent and fair, we got a refund for the nights we didn't stay, but nevertheless a bad aftertaste was left.

What a beautiful place to stay. I'm english speaking and it would have been nice if they had at least 1 server who spoke English, but it's understandable. Bungalow was wonderfully laid out, beds were comfortable, and the facilities were beautiful.

The property and bungalow we stayed in was amazing. My wife’s family and I had a great time just laying around on the beautiful beach and bungalow. There is a small grocery store on the property so you can buy what you need to cook and drink during your stay.

Beautiful, great and quiet beach houses for rent
Amazing beach, beautiful water, very quiet place, we loved! No frills, cute and funcional little houses for rent in a secure place (24h access controlled), free wi-fi and 2 parking spaces per house. Options of 2 or 3 bedrooms, 3-pieces bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, terrace and BBQ. It doesn’t include breakfast or other meals, but there is a well equiped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, cuterely etc and a BBQ, but you need to bring or buy all the higiene stuff, as soap, toialet paper, detergent etc. They have a little store where you could buy all these and also food or even meat for preparing a BBQ, the prices in the store are just right! They have a pool, also a little bar that serves a couple of options of food or some appetizers if you want. There is also a couple of good restaurantes near by as Peixada do Mauricio and our favorites Sabor d’ Maragoggi or a little further downtown Pizzeria Regina. Our only complains is that they should leave soap at the pool washroom and the pillows should be a bit more confortable.

O local é incrível! A casa é bem equipada, sinalizo apenas que as panelas estão antigas e muito arranhadas.. A estrutura do local é ótima! A piscina em frente à praia é ótima! O restaurante com pratos muito bem feitos e com qualidade! O local possui mercadinho que tem de tudo um pouco. A localização é muito boa! Da principal rua se entra direto no hotel! Excelente local para se hospedar. Um dos amigos já esteve outras vezes e recomendou. Nesta estadia ocorreu um contratempo, visto que autorizaram um hóspede desconhecido a entrar no bangalô que estava reservado para o meu grupo. Deveriam rever a política de autorização de acesso aos bangalôs. Contudo, estava dentro do horário de entrada programado (15h), pois chegamos antes e houve tempo para a Administração resolver o impasse, realizar nova limpeza no bangalô e nos dar o acesso. Os preços do supermercado existente no condomínio são ok. Os chuveiros dos banheiros poderiam ter uma melhor queda d´água, possibilitando um banho ainda mais revigoroso!

Gostamos de tudo! O condomínio organizado e bem cuidado, a casa confortável, com churrasqueira, colchões de boa qualidade, cozinha bem equipada, não sentimos falta de nada. Bangalôs confortáveis, limpos, espaçosos e com todos utensílios. Fizemos nosso café da manhã e churrasco na churrasqueira privativa do bangalô. Na vila do lado, indo pra Pernambuco tem açougue com picanha fresca e mercadinhos. No mercadinho de dentro do condomínio vende pão francês. A praia da frente do condomínio é excelente e tem estrutura de cadeiras e guarda sol. Piscina quentinha. Não dá vontade de sair do condomínio.

Local muito agradável, de uma beleza natural ímpar, porém, por ser novo necessita de pequenas melhorias tipo interfone de comunicação com a recepção(que fica distante); troca de toalhas de banho; toalhas de piscina a disposição… pequenas melhorias que deixaram o local mais confortável.
