Hello, unfortunately the answer is not accepted for the following reasons: 1. The San Remo hotel did NOT have the reservation made by Expedia. Consequently, they did not allow me to register until after 5 in the afternoon, registering my debit card since they could not find the reservation through Expedia. 2. The hotel once managed to register me pending finding the reservation or charging me again, it gave me the room that did NOT match the photos in the publication, the room was disgustingly dirty, all the windows with animal feces and The bedding was outside the minimum standards of any accommodation. 3. I had to urgently pay for another Hotel through Expedia as you can see in my reservations, at a highly higher price until I was able to find a hotel with a stay for those dates. I request that you review the case before making the claim to the credit card and initiate the corresponding actions.

sub standard 4 star hotel
the standard room was attrocius it was like a small box with a very small window and no view. i wouldnt let my dog stay in this room. we asked a maid if this was a standard romm and she told us it was a room used by hotel staff. for $68 dollars a night forget it. we asked for another room and they said they had no extra standard rooms but offerd us a 4 bed suite for an extra US$40 per night even this room was not up t0 par with cracked floor tiles and rather dingy looking rooms. dont stay at this hotel its a ripoff if i had of known how lousy the standard room was i would not have booked it, trust me there are a lot of better hotels in the area for a lot less cost. the only reason i did not walk away from this hotel as i had already pre paid and i had checked in and would not have got a refund so my hands were tied behind my back

mala experiencia para el dinero pagadao
la habitación era chica y muy básica, vieja , con colcha vieja, sin silla, sólo un puff. La bañera tenía hidromasaje, como lo anuncia en la pàgina pero no funciona ( o no lo habilitan) La pileta es muy chica para la capacidad del hotel, el jacuzzi hay que pagar aparte. Por un desperfecto de la caldera estuvimos 14 hs sin agua caliente

Recomendable!!
Las habitaciones no se destacan por lo estético pero son muy cómodas. Buenos placares y cajoneras, colchones cómodos,buena calefacción, baño completo. Faltarían almohadas o respaldo en las camas para leer o mirar televisión. El desayuno es muy variado, rico y abundante. La atención del personal, correcta. La pileta muy chica para la cantidad de hospedados en el hotel y la temperatura del lugar y del agua no estaba en condiciones. Fue lo más flojo. Lo demás, muy recomendable!!

Para pasar una noche
El hotel se nota que tuvo su época de esplendor pero ahora le hace falta una renovación y modernización. Los muebles están viejos y gastados, los sanitarios manchados, la ropa de cama gastada. Yo estuve por una noche y fue pasable, pero una estadía de más días se puede hacer incómoda.

Regular, esperaba que las instaciones se encuentren más cuidadas, había muchos detalles de falta de mantenimiento, no se podia levantar las percianas, no funcionaba el hidromasaje, el baño se llenaba de agua al utilizar la ducha, la verdad no lo volvería a elegir

Pase un fin de semana largo y no tengo quejas.
Buena experiencia en nuestra primera vez en el hotel junto a mi esposa. Los pequeñas inconvenientes fueron subsanados rápidamente. Buen desayuno bufet. La habitación que reservamos amplia y cómoda con baño dividido y una pequeña kichinet con micronda. Acorde con el precio abonado. Muy conforme

personal muy atento muy abandonado el mantenimiento de la habitacion vanitory roto espejo del baño viejo todo manchado el cubrecama pedi cambio tenia agujeros. es lamentable tanpoca preocupacion de la gerencia .lo mas preocupante es que en caso de emergencia no tiene en la habitacion ni pasillos carteles indicadores de evacuacion

No nos gustó la experiencia para nada! Arrancó mal antes de empezar: al reservar el hotel por la página, nos cobraron el 35% AFIP. No se hizo cargo ni hoteles.com ni el banco ni el mismo hotel, cada uno decía que el que cobró el impuesto es el otro. Básicamente nadie se hizo cargo de nuestro problema y a nadie le interesó resolverlo. En la página dice que tiene estacionamiento, lo que no dice es que no está incluido. Al precio del hotel sumarle la estadía del auto. Cuando hablamos con el responsable del hotel por este y otros problemas de la habitación, nuevamente nos respondió que eso es culpa de hoteles.com, que la próxima vez hagamos la reserva directamente con ellos. Bueno, lo único seguro es que no habrá una próxima vez en ese hotel. Otros problemas con el hotel: habitación diminuta, no funcionaba la persiana (la arreglaron, fue lo único q solucionaron), el baño perdía y era muy molesto a la noche, había una invasión de palomas y a la mañana era imposible dormir (tenían nido en nuestra ventana? Eso parecía...); la conexión a Internet desde la habitación no existió. Solamente en el hall se podía acceder. Todos estos problemas fueron charlados el primer día con el responsable y sólo el de la persiana se resolvió. Quiero aclarar que lo que más nos molestó fue la poca intención de la gente del hotel por resolver algunos de los problemas comentados. En definitiva, no recomendamos en absoluto el hotel, ni por instalaciones no por servicio. Lo mejor: el desayuno.

Esperaba otra cosa
Estuve aquī en los feriados de carnaval y me recibieron diciendo "pensaba que no tenias reserva y me ibas a preguntar si había habitaciones libres". Por el costo de la noche del hotel esperaba una habitación mas espaciosa, cómoda y mejor mantenida. Me dio la sensación que al tener los huéspedes asegurados en temporada aprovechan para cobrar la estadía un disparate y los empleados no están pendientes de ser serviciales con sus clientes. Lo único que destaco es uno de los chicos de recepción que a mi regreso llamó un remis y me ayudo cargar la valija hasta el auto. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena pero deberían bajar los precios o poner las habitaciones en condiciones acorde a lo que valen.
