This property has a private boat launch and a private boat house and is lighted for night fishing. The boat house has two boat slips and is equipped with a fish cleaning station and plenty of room for a fish fry with friends and family.

The property is completely fenced with a large open yard perfect for the kids to play and has 200 feet of beautiful waterfront on a deep water cove, just off the main lake.

The cabin is completely furnished and has a great view of the water from many rooms. It is peaceful and serene.

Grocery shopping and restaurants are available within a quick 5-10 minute drive to Zwolle OR Many!

Perfect spot!
By far the best place we've stayed at so far on Toledo Bend! And we stay on Toledo at least 5-6 times a year. You cant go wrong with this beautiful place! We ended up booking an extra night because we didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back.

My friends and I stayed there over the weekend. Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay there all day as our activities kept us away until late. The house was extremely clean, well appointed and had plenty of room. I would definitely recommend staying there if you want a very tranquil relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed everything this property had to offer. The boat dock was amazing!! Plenty of room for boats and plenty of room to sit and enjoy our family. Great location on the water

Lake trip
The property was well kept and everything worked. Check in and out was simple and the grounds keeper was very helpful. This was a fishing trip and even with raining wet weather the pier at least allowed some good times.

Best week ever!!
Awesome cabin with everything you would ever think of and more! Very responsive owners. Fishing was great! Came home with 41 bass. Those were just the keepers, we threw some back! Just three adults this time but we will be back with the rest of the family and grandkids! The covered boathouse, private launch and two boat slips make it a superior place to stay! Great neighbors too!! Can’t wait to come back!!! 🎣🎣

Cozy stay
Had a great time with the family. Caught some fish off the dock and in the lake. Made a few fires and popped some fireworks. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Will definitely book this property again.

Everything was good except the oven on the stove! I had to clean it before we would even use it! It was terribly dirty..hadn't been cleaned in a while! Other than the oven, everything was ok!

Great get away!
The rental was clean and well stocked. Provided plenty of room for three adults and three children. House manager was quick to respond to any requests. The private fishing dock was a plus and we caught several fish. Overall a great place to stay.

Toledo bend stay
We loved this cabin and fishing dock. Excellent communication with the owners. We went fishing with Capt Jack and caught a mix of fish but more importantly 13 crappie! The only suggestion I have is to be careful in the shower/bathtub, it’s slippery and I fell and hurt myself, cutting our trip short.
