Best hotel in manta. Great Amenities, you have the mall across the street, the staff was amazing but I would really like to emphasize on Liliana at Front Desk and Andres (Executive Chef): outstanding people and simply WHAT A SERVICE!!!!! hats off to both of them for giving my wife and I and incredible experience.

Yuber at the bar was terrific! Everybody there gave us good service but he was truly great! The property overall is gorgeous. The pool is beautiful! Our only issue was the smell close to the gym area. We believe it was ammonia since in the heat and humidity it smelled like cat pee. Otherwise the property is wonderful.
