I was very disappointed. We pulled up & could not get under the entrance area because it was full of motorcycles and their smoking and cursing owners. Our room was located over the exit to the outside sitting area and pulled in all the smoke from their cigarettes and weed. My daughter and 1 month old granddaughter were staying with us so after two calls to the front desk my daughter went down and asked for another room. Both the first and second room needed dusted and the shower in the first room had colored hair on the wall. I was barefoot and my feet were so dirty from the carpet I had to wear shoes. Each night on our return we were greeted by all the motorcycles, their owners along with all the smoke and their drunken inappropriate jeers to even walk in. There were cigarette butt’s all over the ground outside. I even watched as I was leaving one morning as they put a tarp over the closest handicap sign. The pool water was disgusting. The staff was nice and tried to accommodate but this was a non smoking facility. I should have just called the police. I understand that you can have guests that you cannot control but they should have called the police when the smoking of the weed was so bad. They should have enforced that they clear the entrance area so other guest didn’t get soaked walking in from their cars, not allowed smoking at the entrance so guests didn’t have to be assaulted by the smell and their drunken behavior. What a waste of money and sleep.
