Staff were very nice and helpful. The area had a lot of dining options. Happy to have everything close by. The downside was our room. The toilet was very low and the bed was really hard. We appreciated that they offered us to move to a better room but we chose to go back to the comfort of home.

The room was nice and clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the pool was refreshing, the hot tub was relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious! I will definitely come back here next time I travel to Mansfield, my stay was delightful.

I can’t fill out this survey because the stars don’t line up with the ratings. I will tell you that our stay was not good. Check in was fine. Everything after that was not. Room was not cleaned, sheets were not washed, just turned over. One smelled like a homeless person had just slept in it. Never again.
