Hot tub was only luke-warm and the timer didn't work reliably. Rooms were "standard" for Hampton Inn - in other words, very inconsistent from property to property.

It was disappointing that the spa and pool were closed for all three days we were there. I think in the future we'll call before making our reservation. Breakfasts were excellent!

We booked through Expedia and it showed this hotel had a bar, it did not. It also showed pictures of a pool and spa but when we got there, there was a sign on the front desk that said out of service. Apparently it as been out of service for quite some time. Besides that hotel was nice and so was the room.

While we were initially disappointed to find that the pool and hot tub were out of service, other than that this ended up being a great place to stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we had unexpected car trouble - our car needed to be towed and we asked for a late check out while we figured out how we were going to get home. They allowed us to stay in our room for an extra three hours which was much appreciated. Also the breakfast each morning was very good. Hotel common areas and our room were very clean. It was convenient having a Perkins right next door that we could walk to. We also could walk just one mile into downtown Mansfield which has a few restaurants on Main Street.
