Continuing through the property onto the upper level, discover a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, a lovely separate dining room, tastefully decorated lounge with French doors leading into the light, airy conservatory and further French doors leading outside. If you fancy stretching your legs, visit the local café for afternoon tea. There are plenty of local walks and cycling tracks such as Pleasley Vale with its stunning woodland and riverside walks or venture along the flat 6.6 mile Teversal Trail which leads onto the wooded Five Pits Trail, suitable for all abilities as you can participate in as little as 20 minutes, or as long as a full day! Be sure to visit Sherwood Forest home to the legendary Robin Hood and the famous Major Oak, as well as Sherwood Pines, offering bike rentals, Go Ape Tree-Top Activity Centre, café and bike shop.

Take a scenic drive over to the Peak District National Park where you will find the charming village of Matlock Bath, home to the Heights of Abraham where you can embark on an alpine-style cable car adventure up to a museum and fascinating cavern. Visit the market town of Bakewell and sample the famous Bakewell Pudding at the old, original Bakewell Pudding Shop. Not forgetting, of course, the world renowned Chatsworth House, Gardens, and Farm only a few miles away!
