I chose this hotel because it was close to the train station, and it definitely is, but it was also very clean and the staff were lovely. Would definitely return if I ever needed a place to stay in Mannheim.

Clean corner room with Birds Eye wire of trains.
We had a corner room overlooking the trains and trams. We loved it! In and out they went, this color and that color, this length and that. Carrying cargo or people, fast or slow. It got better at night. On the 9th floor. What a bird’s eye view! Our children would have loved it! Clean and comfortable. Small room but the price reflected that.

Unfortunately there was only one person working in the entire hotel. The bar was closed and the WIFI kept dropping out. The property and location are great otherwise.

This property is well located near the railway station but a safe area. Limited dining facilities but plenty of places close by. Would be good to be able to make a cup of coffee in the room.Had breakfast one morning and it was very good. Hotel is value for money.

Convenient location with local public included
Overall the stay was more than acceptable. However, on arrival having been given the room key when I got to the room it had not been cleaned or serviced :-( On return to the reception I received an apology and a bag of Haribo..mmm. At minimum I would have expected a bar token "gutschein" or a room upgrade and/or an offer to add breakfast FOC.
