Experience the charm of this freshly renovated cottage-style home, perfectly situated on a waterfront reserve with a picturesque pathway along the water’s edge and convenient access to the local boat ramp.

From the moment you step through the front door, you'll feel relaxed in this beautifully designed Hampton-style retreat. The home features an exposed beam ceiling, brand-new flooring, and plush carpet, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The heart of your stay will undoubtedly revolve around the water, whether you're fishing, swimming, boating, enjoying a lakeside picnic, or unwinding on the back deck with a glass of wine, soaking in the stunning views.

Ideal for groups of couples, small families, or an extended family, this spacious home boasts five generously sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable lounge, a separate dining area, a laundry with an additional toilet, and a covered outdoor space.

All five bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, with two offering access to private balconies and the master suite including an ensuite. Each bed is fitted with fresh, clean linens, while the bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary supply of hand soap and toilet paper. Bath towels are also provided for your convenience.

It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Some wear and tear issues were noted. Have sent an email with details and photos. Moreover, what I can add that the place is very beautiful. However, the people who walk their dogs outside on the path were not picking the poo. There was poo everywhere along the path. We were very careful not to step on it.
