We’ve stayed here twice over the years … this time the property has really gone down hill. Additionally they advertise “waterfront” but you have to cross the highway to get to the water … the beach is not nice along Lake Michigan here and virtually impossible to swim in. The pool area is cold and dingy.

The staff was great. My reservation was messed up from an online issue. Not your guys fault at all. She noticed the problem. Fixed it and even fixed the third party reservation so my card would not get hit for extra money. After a long day on the road. Eased my mind and could relax.

Room smelled bad. Had to leave door open for a few hours for smell to clear. Bed not comfortable. No guide for TV, floor squishy, Balcony floor dated and spongy, coffee maker not clean, office not open @ 8 a.m. would have complained then, oh yeah, sheets were not good either
