Although there is no coffee pot in the room, there is a kurig machine available just off from the front desk along with bread, bagels, And muffins for breakfast. Sraff are friendly and very helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Room was very nice and clean

Older establishment recently under new ownership... been upgrading. Our unot had new furnishings, tv, carpet, a/c heat unit,ect. Looks like they're investing a lot for a small business, but coming along well. Bed (new) was comfy... bedding was good. We stayed here because some of the other hotels in area did not have refrigerator or microwaves in rooms.... weird. Thanks for a great few days!

Rooms looked recently updated. Beds were very comfortable. Very nice to have refrigerator and microwave. Was hard to sleep as air conditioner was very loud. Overall, very nice.

Budget Host Inn is unassuming on the outside but is newly renovated on the inside. We were happily surprised with the room we were given. Most everything in the room was new and very clean. The bathroom looked dated but very clean, which actually adds to the appeal for me at least. We heard that more renovations are coming, however. Being a low-budget motel, it was more than acceptable for the price. They offered a minimalist breakfast, coffee and bagels in the check-in office. Be aware that there is no coffee maker in the room, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, chest bureau/drawers, side tables with a lot of electrical outlets and USB charging ports, and a work/dining table and pair of chairs in the room. To top it off, the staff were amazing and very nice. I would come back to this motel for sure.

The rooms are remodeled and look much better inside than outside. The rooms are small, and no bathroom counter. The faucet in the tub did not work very well. I normally stay in hotels rather than motels, but made reservations last minute and didn’t have a lot of options. Not bad for the price.
