This vacation row house is ideal for a nice vacation by the sea. It is located only 100 meters from the beach of La Chullera and right next to a beach restaurant, where you can taste the excellent cuisine of the region. Especially fried fish dishes are a specialty here.
The modern house has 3 floors and 2 spacious terraces, where you will find a great barbecue and plenty of space for a delicious dinner with the whole family. In the residence you can enjoy the sun on the lawns and refresh yourself in the beautiful communal pool, which is supervised by lifeguards. There is also a children's pool for the smallest guests.
The house is located in Sabinillas, Manilva, between the provinces of Málaga and Cádiz. Nearby is Estepona, a former fishing village, which has become a tourist town, especially because of its good climate and varied offer.
Manilva is a beautiful village with hiking routes and also fantastic places for horseback riding or bicycle tours. Interesting cities like Marbella, Gibraltar and Málaga are also worth a visit and within reach.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open July - end August.
