This Beautifully decorated impressive two-bedroom 3rd floor apartment, with a large living area of area of 1400 ft2 / 130 m2 sleeping 4 people in two bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, an additional Sofa bed in the Lounge provides accommodation for six.

Two lifts provide easy access from either the underground garage or beachfront level.

This desirable gated urbanization with 24hr security has numerous facilities including 4 swimming pools with solarium and sunbeds overlooking the sea, tropical gardens, 2 Paddle Tennis courts, gym, library, table tennis room, and off-road parking.
Free unlimited Fibre Optic internet & Wifi available in the apartment and all common areas, the apartment is only meters from the beach with Ice Cream Parlours and Chiringitos on the doorstep.

Probably one of the largest properties in the area presenting a spacious open plan living-Dining room with comfortable seating and dining for six having direct access to the spacious terrace providing incredible sea, beach & pool views.

The Terrace is fitted with all-round adjustable Glass Curtains providing additional living space during the cooler months yet open in the summer, furnished with wicker furniture seating up to nine is ideal for Al Fresco dining.

This property is our second home and is decorated in a Maritime theme fitted out to exceptionally high standard including Venetian Plastered walls, modern furniture from Italy and designer mood lighting. Also provided is a 52inch Smart flat-screen TV with built-in Harman-Kardon sound system, DVD, Smart TV, FREE Superfast Fibre Optic internet & WiFi providing unlimited channels and Internet access should you so desire.

For your Safety, we have fitted Smoke Alarms, fire extinguishers, Fire Blanket and First Aid kits

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials including a Coffee Machine, RO Water Maker, Wine Chiller, Dishwasher, Waste Disposal unit and Washing Machine. Oven, Hob, Microwave and Fridge Freezer are the latest from Siemens. A Laundry/Utility room adjoins the kitchen and has views to the sea and over the pool. The Spanish seaside town of Sabinellis a 10 min walk along the seafront promenade with Shops, cafes, restaurants, Chiringitos and bars for all tastes.

Site Seeing includes numerous castles and Roman Ruins and Caesars Sulphur Baths, Selwo Adventure Park, Ronda, Seville, Gibraltar and much much more. Estepona and the exclusive resort of Sotogrande are a 15min drive. Malaga airport is 1hr and Gibraltar airport 30 mins away. Marbella and the famed Puerto Banus a mere 20 mins drive. The Bioparc Zoo at Fuengirola is said to be the best in the world and is only 45 miles away.

Fabulous
Fantastic apartment. Second stay here and can’t recommend highly enough! Perfect location within an easy flat walk to Sabinillas, the port and the castle. Exactly as shown on the listing, 2 en-suite very comfortable bedrooms and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. We plan to return again next year

Fabulous apartment
Everything was fabulous! The apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the balcony is lovely - nothing not to like! The complex was cleaned every day and the location is perfect. An easy walk to Duquesa port, Sabinillas town and the castle area. Hopefully we can go back again next year!

Really lovely apartment
We stayed for a week and the apartment was perfect for us. My partner doesn't like to sit outside in the sun all day so the balcony was prefect for him with really comfortable seating and a great sea view. It has everything you need and we liked it so much we have booked for next year already!

Outstanding apartment
We stayed for a week in May 2022. Paul and Tanya were brilliant hosts. The apartment is absolutely stunning and a great location just minutes walk to the Puerto De La Duquesa. Fabulous!
A very spacious, recently renovated two-bed apartment with every facility you could need. Extremely well-equipped kitchen, much better than your average rental, allows you to cook at home whenever you feel like it. State of the art appliances, separate utility room, spacious balcony with glass screens which can be pulled back as needed, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, nice lighting, silent fan in the bedroom + aircon throughout, huge living room with TV and comfortable couches. This place has it all. The complex is quiet and well maintained, with nice pool right under the balcony and plenty of sunbeds. Location is perfect, right by the beach and a couple of minutes walk from the port. Car not necessary.
