Each of the 3 bedrooms has a desk, a fan, and high quality bedding; the master suite has its own sea view terrace and bathroom with tub, 2 sinks, and toilets.
Another full bathroom with shower serves the 2 other bedrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the first floor. The top floor above hosts a 60m2 solarium with sofas, and a dinning area.
On the ground floor, the large glass doors of the dining room open on the magnificent sea coast view all the way to Gibraltar and Africa and on a terrace with sofas; the adjacent 20m2 lounge allows relaxing, watching TV on a 65' screen or play with an XBOX1.
If you feel like a french chef, you can indulge with a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, traditional and microwave oven, induction hobs, dishwashing machine, and various kitchen machines, including robots or normal and expresso coffee machine. ... The 70m2 ground floor also hosts the entrance and an additional toilets.

In order to preserve the planet, we equipped by default the bed rooms with fans. But the house is also equipped with air conditioners (which are also reversible for heating).
When tired of the adjacent swimming pool, the wonderful "Cala Sardina" beach is at walking distance. Supermarkets, chemist, as well as many restaurants and bars are with 10mn drive (4.5km) in the small beach town of Torreguadiaro. The Sotogrande leisure harbour is another kilometer away from Torreguadiaro with all its shops and restaurants, and other sport facilities nearby (Polo, tennis, etc). Driving ten minutes from home in the other direction is the lively "Porto La Duquesa" and its so diverse food scene.

We fell in love with this place
First of all, we would like to thank Anne-Marie and Francois for their nice and friendly welcome to us in their wonderful villa and passing on all the useful information and advice. We thogoughly enjoyed our stay and we were completely satisfied. We can only recommend it! The furnishings of the house were absolutely wonderful for our family. We loved relaxing on the terraces with the breathtaking view of the sea. Perfect location for our trips to the beach, nature, culture and history. We would love to come to you again for a holiday :-)

Tolles Haus hoch über dem Meer
Wir - eine fünfköpfige Familie zwischen 15 und 57 Jahren - haben die Woche in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist komfortabel und sehr umfangreich, wir konnten unsere mitgebrachten Utensilien alle in der Kiste lassen, die wir als jahrzehntelang erprobte Ferienhausmieter immer dabei haben. Was uns etwas gefehlt hat ist Platz für unsere eigenen Dinge wie gekaufte Lebensmittel, Bücher, Spiele, Strandsachen, Schuhe etc.
Die Betten waren bequem, die beiden 1,40m Betten sind für zwei große Kinder (15-20) allerdings etwas schmal. Die Bäder sind geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Highlight ist die Sonnen-Dachterrasse, auf der wir sehr gerne im Schatten gefrühstückt, in der Sonne gelegen oder abends Sangria getrunken haben. Der Weg zum Gemeinschaftspool ist kurz, es waren immer Sonnenliegen und Schirme frei.
An den sehr heißen und sonnigen Tagen wurde es im Haus trotz Klimaanlage in den Nachmittagsstunden sehr warm.
In der Umgebung gibt es viele Orte und Strände mit Restaurants und Bars. Ein Auto ist dafür sehr wichtig. Unsere Ausflüge nach Marbella, Gibraltar, Tarifa mit Überfahrt nach Tanger (Marokko) oder auch ins Landesinnere haben tolle Eindrücke hinterlassen.
