The stunning newly built, modern two bedroom apartment is located in the secure and gated complex of Blue Suites, La Paloma, Manilva. The complex offers two outdoor swimming pools with kids pool, an adult and kids indoor pool, a compact gym and a sauna. The apartment and complex have breath-taking, panoramic views out over the Mediterranean to North Africa and Gibraltar and is just 400m from the beach. The apartment offers secure garage parking, hot and cold air conditioning and free WiFi.

Accessed from the garage or street by lift , this first floor two bedroom apartment is arranged over 1 floor and is tastefully furnished and consists of a spacious, open-plan living area and kitchen. The living area is furnished with a large comfortable sofa, which pulls out to make a king sized sofa bed. There is a chaise lounge located near the large terrace windows, offering views onto the terrace and there is also a 59¨smart TV. The dining table and chairs comfortable seat six people. The lounge leads out onto the south east facing terrace and is furnished with a dining table and chairs. The larger part of the terrace offers ample space for sunbathing on the sun lounger and a lounge seating area The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

The master bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with walk in shower and double sinks. This bedroom has direct access onto the terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with twins beds, which can be used as a super king bed and also has fitted wardrobes. There is a guest bathroom, which benefits from a bath with shower attachment and also a separate WC.

Situated on the western side of the Costa del Sol, this is a great area to enjoy sight-seeing trips to Gibraltar and Sotogrande. There is the lovely Port of Duquesa and further along past Algeciras you can watch or take part in kite surfing and water sports at the beautiful beaches of Tarifa.

Sabinillas, located between Casares and Duquesa, has grown from a fishing village into a bustling town, yet has managed to maintain its village atmosphere, making it a popular place for holidays and draws many holiday goers year round. It also enjoys a welcoming, international expat community. The village benefits from an underpass for traffic travelling along the coast and also has a lovely 2km seafront promenade to enjoy a walk in the sunshine and stop and enjoy a fantastic fish and seafood meal. The town offers many plazas or squares and municipal gardens offering a real taste of Spain, and is a host to many pavement cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and every day amenities along the Avenida Manilva. Sabinillas hosts weekly markets and rastros to visit and enjoy the whole Spanish experience.

The expansive stretches of beach along this western part of the Costa del Sol include some coveted Blue Flag beaches and offer a more rural and tranquil beach experience. The local fishermen still use the beach to launch and land their boats and bring in their haul of the day.
