This luxurious contemporary villa, completely new (2018), dominates the coast in a spectacular way. It offers a breathtaking 180 ° view of the nearby sea as well as the rock of Gibraltar and the African coast. Its large private (8x4m) and heated pool (on request, and for a fee -25€/day) overlooking the sea, as well as its garden, give it all its prestige. It is located in a quiet residential area and secured by a guard at the entrance.
It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 luxurious bathrooms with Italian style showers and bath, a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room very bright. All rooms have a sea view. It can accommodate up to 8 people plus 2 extra. Indeed, the living room has a convertible sofa bed 160cm wide.
It has air conditioning (and heating) with individual adjustment in each room, a dishwasher, a washing machine, microwave ...
The villa has private parking for two cars.
Its garden and terrace, facing south-west, allow to enjoy an optimal sunshine and the sunset on Gibraltar.
Many shops, beaches, golf courses, restaurants and activities nearby. It is 5 minutes from the port of La Duquesa and the prestigious marina of Sotogrande. It is 20 minutes from the charming city of Estepona and you can spend a day of shopping or an evening at the restaurant in Marbella which is just 30 minutes away.
Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.

Beautiful villa
Had such a great week here. The villa is just stunning. No need to heat the pool as it was so warm. All amenities there and nothing missing. Only thing I’d recommend is more pillows for the beds! Aside from that, perfect stay.

Beautiful Villa
We loved everything about this place! We stayed in October and we were very lucky with the weather- although we did get the pool heated which was great for the kids. Everything was straight forward but its essential to have a car to stay here- not sure if that is on the listing but its definitely a must as its not within walking distance of anything!
