Good launch pad for local exploration
Well equipped, clean appartment with good parking. Having a car, it was a good location to explore the Costa del Sol and Gibraltar. The balcony benefited from morning light but not direct sunshine and there was nowhere we could sit in the sun in private.

We spent a wonderful two weeks in this excellent apartment. The swimming pool in particular exceeded all expectations. We would'nt hesitate to recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

Super appartement a Manilva
L’appartement est tres spacieux et tres bien équipé. Nous avons vraiment apprécié y loger. Rien ne manque (television chaines françaises, machine a laver, lave vaisselle, parasol de plage, équipement pour bebe, …). L’appartement est tres spacieux et idéal pour les familles avec plusieurs enfants. La piscine est grande et peu fréquentée (avec surveillance maître nageur). Manilva est une ville très calme, loin de l’agitation des grandes villes à proximité. Petit bemol : il y avait beaucoup de meduses dans les plages a proximité.

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung für Familien bestens geeignet
Das Objekt befindet sich in einer schönen und gepflegten Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und verfügt mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, ausreichend Kochgeschirr und zwei vollwertigen Badezimmern über alles was eine Familie braucht. Der Pool wird von einem Bademeister überwacht und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Umgebung hat mit Marbella und Gibraltar einiges für Tagesausflüge zu bieten. Wir können einen Ausflug nach Ronda nur empfehlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wahrscheinlich in Zukunft nochmal buchen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Die Ferienwohung ist gut ausgestattet und günstig gelegen
Wir waren vom 30.9.-12.10.2017 mit 5 Personen in der Ferienwohnung und fanden diese sehr schön. Auf ein Fahrzeug ist man nicht zwangsläufig angewiesen, der Strand ist in ca. 20 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten extra nach einer Ferienwohnung mit Pool gesucht, da wir mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern dort waren. Die Bilder hatten uns diesbezüglich sehr überzeugt. Leider stellte sich am ersten Morgen unseres Aufenthaltes heraus, dass der Pool ab 1.10. gesperrt war. Eine Nachfrage beim Verwalter blieb unbeantwortet und der Vermieter schickte uns einen Türcode für das Nachbarobjekt um den dortigen Pool zu nutzen - leider funktionierte der Code nicht. Auf weitere Nachfragen wurde nicht reagiert. Erst nach 8 Tagen und dem Einschalten von Fewo-direkt erhielten wir dann einen Schlüssel für das Nachbarobjekt, wo wir den Pool dann tatsächlich noch dreimal nutzen konnten. Wir hätten uns aufgrund dieser Problematik mehr Kommunikation durch den Verwalter oder Vermieter gewünscht, da uns die fehlende Zugangsmöglichkeit viel Stress mit den Kindern verursacht hat. Unabhängig davon war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir können die Unterkunft für die Zeit bis Ende September gern weiterempfehlen.

Disfrutamos mucho en esta propiedad. Un apartamento muy amplio y excelentemente equipado, ubicado en una urbanización tranquila, con una piscina increíble. A tener en cuenta que es imprescindible poseer coche.
