Andalucia townhouse with ocean view terraces, close to beach

Our spacious one-bedroom apartment is in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Spain's sunny, warm and beautiful Andalucia in the Urbanizacion Princesa Kristina. We are 700 metres from the beach and we overlook the beautiful Mediterranean atop a hill.
We can accommodate 2 guests (there is 1 queen-sized bed).

This is a three-level townhouse, providing privacy between the living area and bedroom/bathroom. You can enjoy the warm ocean air from the three terraces - one on each level. There is a large terrace outside the bedroom, as well as one on the rooftop level with some ocean views of the Mediterranean and la Duquesa area.

We have all the comforts you will need to make yourself at home: full kitchen (with oven and dishwasher), a washing machine, both a clawfoot bathtub and a walk-in shower. The bedroom is spacious, and is located on the second level. All terraces and the entrance garden area have inviting and comfortable furniture where you can enjoy morning coffee, meals, cocktails, and sunset views. There is Wi-fi for any of your internet needs. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for our guests. There is a refreshing outdoor pool which you are welcome to use (shared for the complex and open seasonally).

There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby (short drive), and it is a great base for exploring the beautiful Costa del Sol.
There is lots of free street parking right in front. Having a car is highly recommended.

There are stairs between all the levels of our home, so we are unfortunately not set up for those with mobility challenges or for small children.
