Super nice/beautiful room, smelled like mold.
Room was nicest I've ever stayed only problem was it smelled of mold. First night they tried different room, same issue. Second night the put an air purifier in the room while we were out for dinner. Made an improvement. If not for the smell they'd get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - 10/10. Just happy they tried to address with different rooms, air freshener, and air purifier.

The Hotel rooms are nice, but the front desk did not allow early check in even though the room was empty she asked double pay and from 8 AM 1/2 pay anyway I did not need that as I had to go to work, but after long flight it might be nice to consider if room is vacant and I paid for 3 night to allow early check in, the breakfast is not good made me leave the hotel and get into another one

The entire staff at Somerset has gone above and beyond from prior to arrival and check-in until the very last moment we checked out. Security team was amazing, ensuring my family always felt welcomed and protected. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite which was large enough to accommodate 6 adults. Rooms and bathrooms were stocked with amenities. Housekeeping made sure we always had what we needed. And lastly, breakfast at Nonya was a lifesaver as I have 2 teenaged sons. Good food selection for breakfast and one that infuses the Filipino culture. It’s not your ordinary Continental breakfast. We will be back again for sure!

Great except for one thing.
Room was impeccable. Only negative comment is the inflexible hose of the toilet hand spray or bidet and the telephone shower. So hard to navigate. They should change it to a softer and flexible one.

The hotel's central location was incredibly convenient, putting me within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, bars, massage places, and a shopping mall. This made it easy to explore the area. One minor drawback was the air conditioning in the breakfast area. It wasn't cooling enough, making it a bit uncomfortable during meals. However, the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings more than made up for this inconvenience.
