Staff were very polite and helpful. Property is, however, definitely not 4-star. Needs deeper cleaning IMO. Okay for a very short stay, since close to the airport. However, there wouldn't be much to do around there during a longer stay.

The room safe didn't work. The over charged for the buffet breakfast, about $16 per person. We had to flag down a staff member to get water refilled and our bill, and they didn't come across as very friendly. The pool was nice. We had higher expectations.

Small room and awkward bathroom. Towels and linens had a stale odor but otherwise clean. Outdated furnishings and TV’s. Couldn’t find the pool as there is no signage but the pool bar closed at 10PM but doesn’t really matter anyway if you arrive late in the evening. Not sure if I would stay again.

Not much space in the rooms. Cheaper rooms have old towels and rooms are facing the highway and you can hear cars and horns 24/7. Make sure you pay for a better room and ask for a room not facing the highway. Most people visiting the hotel are locals.

Great, decent hotel with reasonable rates compared to the more expensive neighboring hotels. Conveniently located in front of the international airport. With great access to public transportation. A free shuttle goes around the complex to pick you up or drop you off at the hotel, mall, stores, restaurants and the Catholic Church in the area. You feel safe because one can only access the hotel floors with your room key card. The hotel has 24 hour security guards and with security cameras all over the facilities. Everyone has to go through a TSA type metal detector as they enter the hotel. They consistently have helpful, pleasant and responsive staff to assist you. They have a restaurant that offers delicious buffets or other dining options. Concierge is helpful with questions and can even assist with transportation needs. You feel safe walking around the area. It's close to the world class hotels and casino in the area. They offer in room or at the spa massage services located on the 2nd level. Overall great experience. Highly recommended.
