Can’t sleep in the morning during our stay for 3 days there’s a construction going on every morning. Other than that this place is kinda nice and transparent to their advertisements.

The property has no problem. The checking in time is not flexible. Check in time is 3pm. We arrived 8am in Manila from my province and we had to wait 3pm to check in. Stock in the lobby for 7hours. I requested if possible to do early check in the person I talked to said she’ll call back and never did. I had to call them many times, lucky if they answer you. I will never booked condotel ever again. I would not recommend it to travellers either specially if you arrive early.

Nice cozy condo for a good price in easy walking distance to the mall, seaside, dozens of restaurants, and convenience stores. Bed was surprisingly soft.
