Ariane at check in was awesome! There was a small issue with A/C noise in the room but they were quick to send someone and find a solution. Stayed here to be near the airport and was satisfied with the cleanliness and service. Jasmine- I think was her name also was very helpful Nice view of planes taking off.

One night stayover
I had a cancelled flight and I needed a room for one night. I wanted to get in a room earlier than normal check in. The hotel wanted an extra fee for that even though the room was available. Then trying to relax, I got to the whirlpool and the water is cold. As well as, the spa for a massage was full. Ok for what was needed, but I have had far better experiences.
