Our room had several small roaches and two large roaches, the shower only have cold water, and the bidet in bathroom did not work. We asked for a different room if one was available, and the management was kind enough to accommodate us, which was had a better shower and bidet, but the main room still had several small roaches. There several small convenience stores and restaurants in the complex if you need anything. There is a large and very nice pool, however, be prepared to pay a fee to use it. Overall, it's hard to recommend this place to stay.

Our 3 days stay was good. We extended for a day and the host was very accommodating. Itā€™s a 5-minute walk to SM Bicutan. Wi-Fi was weak. Had a hard time connecting. The host told us that their wifi is just a temporary connection and the building owner will install a much better one. All-in-all it was a good stay. Itā€™s near the airport also, so itā€™s best for travelers who want to avoid the mess of traffic jams in getting to and from the airport.
