Ours was a last minute late night booking. Prop manager met us at front desk and checked us in promptly. Unit was clean and larger than we had expected. Neighborhood was safe and close to NAIA.

We picked the propery since we are transiting and need to stay for a night. Location was superb since it is near the airport but the unit was infested with cockroaches! It looked clean when you enter but during the night small cockroaches were all over the place. Bed sheets and pillows were washed but I don’t think it was sanitized or perhaps it was never replaced since the property was rented. It is important to at least sanitize the sheets and pillows especially different people are using it. I have communicated this to the property manager but thought to share an honest review for others. The manager advised that the propert will be fumigated. For reference it is in 9L South Wing, hopefully there won’t be any future bad reviews for this unit specifically. Thank you and hope this review is useful.

Nice clean unit in a condo building, 15 min walk from terminal 3. The area around is a bit weird with some shady folks loitering around, though I wouldn't say it's really unsafe. Unit has all necessary equipment.

Property has roach infestation and had water leaks by the walls and window. False advertisement with posted pictures. Host were nice and had great communication prior to arrival. Just very uncomfortable with roaches in drawers, walls, floors, and toilet seat.

Terrible. This place should not be liveable, lots of cockroaches and bugs, scared to sleep that cockroaches might crawl around you. This place needs a pest control.

Booked the room for my wife’s family during their trip. The owner is excellent and was very accommodating to their needs when we had to make changes to the reservations. Rooms were nice and clean. Would recommend and use again in the future.

I guess you get what you pay for. But those owners of properties should describe what their condo's condition is like. Seriously, towels that is like rags, it smells like wet clothes, no soaps and the receptionist is not the friendliest. The beddings is not the greatest. Never booking there again.
